Depot Upgrade / Refurbishment Works

Description

Corserv Facilities Ltd is inviting contractors to express an interest in tendering for various works to upgrade / refurbish some of its operational depots throughout the County of Cornwall. It is anticipated that we will appoint main contractor(s) to deliver the full scope of works required at each depot location. The requirements have been split into three separate Lots, East Cornwall, West Cornwall and Central Cornwall. Contractors may tender for individual areas or for all works. The works are required to be delivered during 01/04/23 to 31/03/24. Additional detail of the works required at each location is contained within the attached spreadsheet. Overall budgets for each area are indicated on the schedule, and for guidance the spread of approximate values are as follows: Lot 1 West - 2 nr depots @ 0-£50K and 1 nr depot at over £500K Lot 2 Central - 1 nr depot £50K - £100K, 2 nr depots £150K - £200K and 1 nr depot £250K - £300K Lot 3 East - 1 nr depot 0-50K, 2 nr depots £50K - £100K, 1 nr depot £200K - £250K and 1 nr depot £300K - £350K.
