A multi-Lot, multi-supplier framework for the provision to Advantage South West and its members of legal advice in the following areas: Lot 1 - New Build Development Lot 2 - Treasury & Governance Our process will be based on a restricted procedure. ASW will comply with the requirements of Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 which are procedurally less prescriptive than those of Chapter 2. Whilst our process will be based on a restricted procedure we will not be held to be required to comply with Chapter 2 requirements.
