ASW Members are working together to identify the options for products, technologies and services that will allow them to monitor the performance of decarbonisation measures installed in domestic properties. The domestic properties may be general needs (eg 3 bed semi detached, 2 bed terraced, bungalows, flats) and also supported housing. Properties may be grouped together in a street, or may be on their own amongst non-social housing. Solutions will need to work across the area covered by our Members which often has limited mobile telephone coverage. We are interested in finding out about products on the market that would allow Members to remotely monitor for example: - the heating & hot water energy usage within a property - relative humidity, mould, condensation - internal temperature (including highlighting over- and under-heating) - heating system settings - potentially adjusting settings remotely - radon levels Monitoring should be centrally available (subject to resident data permissions) for the landlord to view on a dashboard for all their properties.
