| Period rationale: | The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework duration for a total of 6 years (4 years, plus potential 2-year extension). Justification for this is that the nature of the identified projects in bpha’s development programme often have long lead in periods and may involve planning. Therefore, the Contracting Authority may extend the framework for 2 years at their discretion. |
bpha is seeking to Tender from suitably skilled and experienced suppliers for the provision of Employers Agent services under this six-year framework. This framework seeks to offer the benefits of best practice in contract delivery and collaborative working practices for bpha and other framework users. The framework is to operate across the geographical area of bpha’s operating area and will be open to all UK public sector bodies to access via a Joining Agreement between bpha, the service provider and Pretium Frameworks Ltd, who bpha has appointed to administer the framework for external users on its behalf. Access to the framework will be subject to approval by bpha.
