These services relate to an independent review of National Highways' CHARM (Common Highways Agency Rijkswaterstaat Model) ecosystem, taking into account People, Technical, Process, Operational, and Strategic perspectives. The outputs from this will then inform a set of recommendations for ongoing technical and operational improvement. This is a Call-off Contract under Lot 1 of the Crown Commercial Service framework for Technology Technology & Associated Services (RM6099).
