PLEASE NOTE THIS AN OPPORTUNITY NOTICE. DEADLINE 12:00 on 15 MARCH 2023. Rooftop Housing is responsible for the window cleaning in circa 50 different blocks predominantly made up of general needs blocks but also including a variety of types of supported housing schemes which have staff on site. The sites are located across Worcestershire & Gloucestershire. This contract is primarily for the cleaning of exterior windows; however, a number of locations will also require internal window cleaning. Additionally, the service provider will also be required to complete a clean / clearance once per annum of all guttering to every applicable building. The contract is for a period of 3 years with an option of an extension. The contract value and start date is estimated. The purpose of this opportunity is to alert the market of our intentions.
