Description

Redecoration of College accommodation Works to be completed July - August 2023 and will need to be phased around occupancy of the accommodation during the summer holiday periods (see separate accommodation booking document). In the event that any accommodation redecoration works have not been completed at the end of August 2023 all works must cease until the next holiday period agreed with the College. Fire doors and lighting (including light switches) within the Main Block are being replaced during the summer 2023 holidays and it will be the responsibility of the decoration contractor to liaise with the fire door and lighting replacement contractors to programme the decoration works to follow these.
