On behalf of the Surrey consortium, which includes all twelve of Surrey's local authorities, the Council requires the services of a managing agent/Service Provider to deliver schemes in Surrey which lead to the decarbonisation of housing, in order to meet the net zero carbon target for Surrey as well as the outcomes and benefits listed in the specification. The duration of the contract is for three years with the potential to extend for a further two years.
