Harris Federation established a permanent and contingent (PerCo) recruitment Open Framework, procured under the Open procedure, to secure the provision of general and specialist recruitment services by preferred suppliers that support the staffing requirements of all existing, and future, academies within the Federation. This is the first re-opening of the framework. This framework consists of 12 Lots. The call off options for the Client will be direct award, and mini competition. It is the Client's intention that call offs will take place via a specified platform. Suppliers that are appointed to the framework will be required to pay a Framework Levy in respect of the successful award of each call off contract under the Framework. The total Framework Levy for each call off contract is calculated as a percentage of the total mark-up price of the call off, (prior to any deductions and exclusive of VAT) at a rate of 0.75%. Angus Council and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership have reviewed their current Framework for the provision of personal care, support and care and housing support (including home-based respite services) under SDS Option 3 within the homes of supported people in Angus. The Scottish Government intend to commission a contract which provides administrative services for the delivery of it’s shared equity home ownership schemes as well as the ongoing administrative work related to after sales for all of it’s shared equity legacy portfolio. The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking a main works contractor to carry out agreed works for the proposed new mixed-use scheme of 53 residential homes for affordable rent and 5 retail units. Ofwat is procuring an Independent Monitor (IM) to provide independent monitoring, analysis and reporting in relation to Thames Water's turnaround programme, financial resilience and compliance with undertakings accepted by Ofwat following a breach of licence condition P26. The IM will support Ofwat's Turnaround Oversight Regime by monitoring and assessing Thames Water's progress in delivering its turnaround plan and complying with regulatory commitments. The IM will provide independent oversight of governance, operational performance, financial resilience, transformation activities and delivery confidence, and identify and report material risks, issues and emerging concerns to Ofwat. The IM will undertake monitoring and reporting services across a broad range of functions, including operational performance, financial resilience, governance, transformation programmes, regulatory submissions, capital delivery and asset management. The IM will report regularly to Ofwat and provide independent evidence and analysis to support regulatory oversight and decision-making. The role is expected to operate in a dynamic and evolving environment. The nature, scope and intensity of the IM's activities may increase or decrease during the contract term to reflect Thames Water's progress, risk profile, recapitalisation activities, regulatory developments and wider turnaround programme. The contract has therefore been designed to support a scalable and proportionate monitoring approach. The Framework will provide Participating Institutions with access to suppliers capable of delivering a broad range of building maintenance services to support the safe, efficient and compliant operation of buildings and estates.
