The Council is in the process of producing a New Local Plan (NLP) and this will require an update to the existing evidence base. Wychavon District Council is seeking options for an enhanced SWEP service; the SWEP service is currently carried out in house by the Housing Team which is a shared service across both Malvern Hills and Wychavon District Councils. The Council invites suitably experienced and skilled providers to submit a tender response for the provision of SWEP services. SWEP is a locally agreed emergency procedure and service offer intended to help protect people who may otherwise sleep rough during severe weather. The service is expected to provide safe, short-term emergency accommodation and practical support during activation periods, with clear arrangements for referral, risk management, welfare checks, reporting and move-on support. Ceredigion County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the installation of new boilers and associated mechanical and electrical works at Hafan Deg, Temple Terrace, Lampeter. The works will include the removal of existing equipment, supply and installation of new energy-efficient boiler systems, associated pipework, controls and commissioning. The successful contractor will be required to deliver the works in accordance with all relevant legislation and industry standards, while minimising disruption to building users and ensuring a safe working environment throughout the project. Herefordshire Council is inviting tenders for a contractor to carry out works that include the replacement of glazing over the stairwells to mirror existing and to replace the balustrading to match existing but to a new height to provide safeguarding to meet current building regulations; and utilising matching materials that harmonise with the surrounding built form.

To work with a provider who can support PCH to create a Leadership Development Programme which builds on consistent, accountable leadership behaviours that supports improving performance and outcomes rather than focusing on generic leadership models. Provider should be equipping PCH to continuously engage and work together - learning beyond the modules. Programme will be modular that will take approximately 18 months for each cohort to complete. The European Spallation Source (ESS) is a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC) committed to the goal of building and operating the world leading facility for research using neutrons. Once constructed in Lund, Sweden, it will provide new opportunities for researchers in a broad range of scientific areas including life sciences, energy, environmental technology, cultural heritage, and fundamental physics. It will be an accelerator-based facility producing neutrons for a large array of advanced instruments. The UK is a partner in construction of the ESS alongside 15 other European countries and has committed significant funding for construction. The Science and Technology Facility Council (STFC) is managing the UK contribution to ESS. The Active Cell Facility is one such contribution to be delivered by Remote Applications in Challenging Environments (RACE) — a department of the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) (the ‘Purchaser’). Inside the Active Cells exhausted, highly radioactive parts involved in the neutron generation will be size reduced using remote handling technologies and removed for confinement. IWM is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the refurbishment of our historic hangar doors in Hangar 3. These are grade II* listed First World War buildings. The Greater South East Net Zero Hub is one of five regional net zero Hubs, funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ). One of the Greater South East Net Zero Hub’s (the Hub) key objectives is to bring the Hub’s story to life and clearly demonstrate the value and breadth of support it provides, and the outcomes delivered through local net zero, public sector decarbonisation and community energy projects. Showcasing projects and providing case studies form a key part of the Hub’s Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with DESNZ. Specifically, this commission of external support is linked to Objective 3: 'Objective 3: Support a national knowledge transfer programme to improve information sharing, training, and evaluation, and build networks and partnerships. Support LA's in their engagement with the public on net zero and net zero programmes.' The Hub wants to share knowledge and best practice across the public and community energy sectors, as well as highlighting and promoting opportunities for others to benefit from, alongside shared issues and lessons learned. The Hub requires a supplier to provide end-to-end campaign management for between 30 – 50 individual projects. The supplier will support the identification, development and promotion of high-quality case studies and related end-to-end campaign management. A dedicated campaign is required for each identified case study, with a non-negotiable price for each element of the campaign agreed. The supplier will lead the end-to-end campaign for each project identified, including all communications and stakeholder engagement. Content and campaign activity should demonstrate the Hub’s role as an enabler, highlight the contribution of Hub support to project development and delivery, and make it easier for public sector organisations and partners to understand what can be replicated, adapted or learned from the projects promoted. Sheffield City Council (SCC) is implementing an incentive based referral programme to support the recruitment of Shared Lives Carers through Independent Fostering Agencies (IFAs). The incentive approach aims to widen the potential pool of applicants. NHS England aims to commission a project with an experienced supplier to co-produce, pilot and evaluate interventions to improve MMRV uptake in Somali communities. The project will look to co-produce and map a minimum of 5 priority interventions with key stakeholders through one-to-one semi-structured interviews, focus groups and workshops.

PHD has identified a need for specialist expertise to address several strategic questions that cannot be answered internally with sufficient confidence. Existing evidence suggests pricing, admissions structure and visitor decision-making are affecting demand and conversion. However, the organisation requires independent analysis and modelling to understand: • Whether current pricing levels suppress demand. • How visitor segments respond to price and product structure. • The impact of removing lower-commitment admission products. • The relationship between yield, volume and long-term sustainability. • The role of digital channels in visitor conversion. • How future ticketing structures can support both commercial performance and audience growth. Deliverables • The commission is expected to produce: • A recommended admissions architecture. • A recommended pricing framework. • Recommendations regarding lower-priced entry products. • Recommendations regarding Gift Aid. • Recommendations regarding discounting. • Recommendations regarding affiliate, trade and third-party sales. • A practical implementation roadmap for Easter 2027. Initial market research was undertaken with a variety of suppliers that outlined different approaches to the work - the estimates provided ranged from £60,000 - £120,000. Funding is expected to be met from approved budgets and supports long-term commercial growth priorities for both RNM and MRT. Failure to undertake the study may result in: • Continued suppression of visitor demand. • Reduced accessibility for key audience segments. • Inefficient pricing structures. • Lost admissions income. • Poor strategic decision-making based on incomplete evidence. • Failure to optimise the balance between revenue generation and audience growth. The real estate calendar is dominated by two large conferences, MIPIM and UKREiiF. Both events are critical to the West Midlands as key opportunities to market the region domestically and internationally, promote opportunities and announcements, and engage with an investor and developer audience. MIPIM is a globally recognised real estate and investment event, held annually in Cannes, bringing together investors, developers, public sector leaders, and key decision-makers from across the global property and investment market. Over recent years, WMGC has delivered the regional presence at MIPIM through a tactical model focused on targeted business development activity, stakeholder engagement and investor meetings. Whilst this approach has delivered positive outcomes, feedback from both public and private sector stakeholders has indicated that the model is approaching its natural limitations, and that a more visible and anchored presence is required to support investor engagement and regional promotion. Following engagement with regional stakeholders, and consideration through governance channels, it has been agreed that WMGC will lead the delivery of an enhanced presence at MIPIM 2027. UKREiiF is the UK’s real estate investment and infrastructure forum. It is a three-day real estate event that was established in 2022, defying expectations, attracting thousands of domestic and international developers, investors, councils and built environment thought leaders. Its aim is to connect people, places and businesses to accelerate and unlock sustainable, inclusive and transformational investment. Over recent years, WMGC has delivered the regional presence at UKREiiF by exhibiting in a 200sqm pavilion used to showcase the West Midlands through a series of events, meetings, and networking. This approach has been positively received by both public and private sector stakeholders who are keen to return in 2027. Following engagement with regional stakeholders, and consideration through governance channels, it has been agreed that WMGC will lead the delivery of the regional presence again at UKREiiF 2027. The centrepiece to West Midlands presence at both events will be a West Midlands dedicated pavilion. This project outlines the proposed works for the removal and replacement of the existing asbestos slate roof covering to the Mansard elevations at Shire House, Bodmin. This work also requires the installation of a permanent edge and skylight protection system. The existing asbestos roofing presents both a health risk and a maintenance liability. This proposed project includes the safe removal and disposal of all asbestos materials, followed by installation of a modern, high-performance natural slate roofing system. It is the intent of this document to provide a delivery plan for the desired roof replacement works, including suggested materials, methodology, safety considerations, and cost overview.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) is seeking a supplier to manufacture and supply health mark stamps for approved meat establishments across England and Wales. The contract includes the bulk replacement of approximately 580 health mark stamps to meet new regulatory requirements, the routine and emergency production of replacement stamps, and the provision of bespoke disease and identification stamps as required.
