Stanwick Parish Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and competent contractor to provide grounds maintenance and associated services across Council-managed sites within the parish of Stanwick. The contract will cover the routine management and maintenance of public green spaces and associated facilities, including recreation and leisure areas, public open spaces, natural areas, highway verges, linked footpaths, allotments, Stanwick Cemetery and St Laurence Churchyard. Core services will include grass cutting and edging; shrub, herbaceous and flower bed maintenance; rose bed maintenance; hedge maintenance; young tree and yew tree maintenance; litter, leaf and debris clearance; hard surface maintenance; weed and vegetation control; allotment maintenance; and cemetery services including grave digging, interments, cremated remains, grave reinstatement and associated duties. The Contractor will be required to maintain all sites to the standards specified in the Council's Grounds Maintenance Specification, using appropriate horticultural, environmental, health and safety and operational practices. The service is required to be delivered in a manner that maintains sites in a clean, safe, tidy and well-maintained condition, while taking account of biodiversity, wildlife and environmental sustainability. The Contractor will also be responsible for the appropriate removal and disposal of waste and arisings generated through the service and for complying with all applicable legislation and regulatory requirements. Tenderers will be required to submit method statements covering service delivery, environmental sustainability, staffing, and health and safety/risk assessment arrangements. The contract will initially run for three years, with an option for the Council to extend for a further twelve months, subject to satisfactory performance and the Council's requirements. The contract will comprise annual-priced core tasks together with additional optional works instructed by the Council and paid in accordance with the Schedule of Rates. Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council ("the Lead Authority'') is acting as the Lead Authority on behalf of the North-East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) and its Member Authorities, in respect of a bespoke Flexible Procurement solution under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (as amended), within the Social and Other Specific Services Procurement Route. East Riding of Yorkshire Council (ERYC) is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for all children, young people and families. The Integrated Specialist Public Health Nursing Service (ISPHNS) will deliver the ERYC commissioned public health nursing services for children and young people aged minus 9 months to 19 (25) years (this includes the Public Health elements of the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) ) All ISPHNS will have universal service provision at their core, universal and targeted public health services are crucial to improving the health and well-being of all children, young people and their families. The universal reach of the ISPHNS provides invaluable opportunity from early in a child's life to identify families that are in need of additional support and children at risk of poor outcomes. The ERYC ISPHNS will be led by Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (SCPHN) and the elements will be delivered by a workforce consisting of appropriately trained and qualified staff. SCPHN are registered nurses or midwives with specialist additional training and registrations. The ISPHNS will provide integrated expert information, assessment and interventions for babies, children, young people and families. They will help enable them to make informed decisions that affect their health and wellbeing and will play a core role in improving the health outcomes of the East Riding eligible population and reducing health inequalities. Provider(s) will deliver and support an integrated approach to meeting the needs of C&YP, their families and the delivery of improved outcomes. Provider(s) of the ISPHNS will work in partnership with a variety of organisations; including but not limited to maternity services, local authority-provided or commissioned services, third sector, health, education, private, independent services, primary and secondary care services. Provider(s) of the ISPHNS will work with all appropriate agencies and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for Service Users, recognising that families may need support across the whole spectrum of services, including social care, education, health, police, voluntary organisations, safeguarding and others. Provider(s) will proactively demonstrate integrated working throughout the delivery of the ISPHNS to improve the wellbeing and life chances of every Service User.

DoLS Mental Health Assessment. This is not a call for competition, this is to express interest in this opportunity. Kent County Council (KCC) are anticipating procuring a DoLS Mental Health Assessment with the tender anticipated to launch in November 2026; Kent County Council does not guarantee this. The opportunity that launches will seek a supplier, working in conjunction with Kent DoLS Service, to arrange and complete these assessments, through the delivery of a Mental Health Assessment Service. The assessments must be undertaken by Section 12 doctors, who are also full members of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, and/or on the GMC Specialist Register as a specialist in psychiatry; and, where appropriate, those assessors must complete recommendations under the Mental Capacity Act. The Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide a full design and build service for the assessment, repair, refurbishment or replacement of an existing bridge. The works include site surveys and investigations, structural, geotechnical, hydrological and ecological assessments, design development, bank stabilisation, foundation works, bridge repairs or replacement, drainage, surfacing, safety features, traffic management, and all associated documentation. The contract will be delivered under NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract terms.

Derbyshire County Council are inviting suitable contractors to tender for the design, supply and installation of two leachate storage tanks, at Victory Quarry Closed Landfill. The contract will include associated services to remove and dispose of the old tanks and to supply pipework and pumping arrangements. The estimated value of the contract is approximately £110,000. Stotfold Town Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced contractors to undertake renovation works to the Cemetery Toilet Block to provide 2 unisex WCs one of which to be DDA compliant, solar panels and battery to support trace heating and storage space. Pre-Application advice has been received from Central Bedfordshire Council detailing requirements of the works. A summary of these is included in the Schedule of Works and the full Pre-Application Advice is available. The toilet block has been given non-designated heritage asset status by Central Bedfordshire Council. A planning application will be required for these works. A building condition survey has identified several structural issues to be addressed as part of the renovation. The Town Council's budget for this project is approximately £190,000-£210,000 including VAT. The Council reserves the right not to proceed, or to amend the scope of works, where tenders exceed the available budget.
