Wales & West Housing Group (WWHG) require a contractor to complete replacement fencing works at the above-named scheme, the works will also involve the resurfacing of small sections of footpaths, some tree/stump removal and shrubbery clearances.

The Authority wishes to establish and enter into a Contract with a single delivery partner to develop four former care home sites as mixed residential developments comprising general needs housing including units of this housing allocated to people with mental health needs who have eligible Adult Social Care needs. The Authority is seeking to appoint a single delivery partner with the financial means and relevant experience to deliver this programme across all four sites. The Authority is contributing four council-owned sites, enabling delivery without land acquisition and supporting the Authority's objective of a cost-neutral capital position. Please note that the Authority intends to award leases for the four sites for a minimum length of 250 years. PCH are seeking a contractor to work with Ealing Council to improve flow through the present in house supported living provision and make the case for future investment. This would involve: • Identifying opportunities to improve flow, particularly for people receiving short term support for mental health needs. • Review the use and effectiveness of unplanned respite care • Developing a business case for investment in infrastructure and housing stock, including options for updating or redeveloping existing sites. To Note; a related piece of support is also being sought to work with their existing in house reablement offer to develop a practical plan for strengthening skills and broadening the scope of provision. The contractors for both pieces are expected to establish and maintain touch points and collaborate to enable a ‘joined up’ outcome for Ealing. The council wishes to procure a Needs Assessment to be used as the evidence base for a statutory Supported Housing Strategy. The council will use the Needs Assessment as the basis for developing a Supported Housing Strategy which it must have in place by 31 March 2027. The date for completion of the Needs Assessment report is therefore 30 September 2026. The Needs Assessment must include all elements described in section 2 and meet the criteria in section 3 and will assess need both over the five years to 2032 and the following 5 years to 2036.

Trinity House (TH) are looking for a contractor to provide ML/AI expertise and to develop a synthetic trace generation model that reflects the macroscopic characteristics of real-world maritime traffic. Its aim is to replicate the general maritime traffic patterns of an examined area, not to predict the precise future course of individual vessels. To facilitate the exploration of 'what-if' scenarios, the envisaged model should be capable of simulating various maritime conditions and configurations/layouts of offshore infrastructure for an examined location. The generated synthetic traces are expected to contain information similar to that found in real-world AIS data, including fields such as vessel speed, course, and other pertinent details. TH will offer advice, guidance, and supervision throughout the project to ensure alignment with our requirements.
