Peterborough City Council's Annual Bondholder Dinner is a black-tie evening at Peterborough Cathedral that attracts around 350 local business leaders. This is one of the biggest networking events of the year and a highlight in our annual calendar. As part of the evening, there is a welcome drinks reception with canapes, and a three course sit down meal for businesses to enjoy with their guests. We have detailed below our requirements for the night along with what we have done with suppliers in the past but the Council is open to suggestions to ensure the evening runs smoothly. Date: Thursday 1st July 2027 Guest numbers: c 350 (although we had 360 last year so numbers can increase) Venue: Peterborough Cathedral Catering and event management requirements: • Three course meal with a meat option and veggie (ideally vegan) option for each course that can be served to c 350 guests. o Peterborough City Council will co-ordinate orders and special dietary requirements from tables and send these in bulk to the event team by pre-agreed dates for ordering supplies. • Table service for food once guests are seated • Tea and coffee served after the desserts • Full bar service o Guests to be able to purchase drinks from the bar • Arrival drinks and canapes circulated among the guests by the event team 6.45pm – 7.45pm. o We’ve previously had a mix of prosecco and fresh orange juice alongside the canapes. • The event team to provide all tableware (crockery, glassware, cutlery, linens, etc) and do the table setup, including wine and water to all tables • The event team will provide all tables, chairs, table numbers, place cards including menu selections/dietary requirements, and centre pieces (ideally candelabra’s) for all guest tables. • Peterborough City Council will order four bottles of wine (two red, two white) and two bottles of water (one still, one sparkling) for each table and this will be included within the quote. • Hire, set up and take down of the catering equipment and marquees for the on-site kitchen and dinner service – this is the responsibility of the event team but to be included within the quote.

Velindre University NHS Trust is seeking a Contractor to provide a fully managed coffee and vending solution for the New Velindre Cancer Centre (nVCC), Cardiff. The requirement comprises: Part A - Equipment Supply, Installation, Maintenance and Support Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of coffee machines, barista coffee machines, coffee grinders, coffee vending machines and snack/cold drinks vending machines. Planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, repairs, replacement parts and associated support services throughout the contract period. Provision of telemetry, management information and reporting services. Part B - Managed Vending and Coffee Service Supply of beverages, food products and consumables. Stock management, replenishment and merchandising. Operation and management of vending and coffee services. Revenue collection, customer refunds and management reporting. Payment of an agreed revenue share to the Trust. The service will support patients, visitors and staff at the New Velindre Cancer Centre and must operate on a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis. The contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years with options to extend for a further three (3) periods of twelve (12) months. The Contractor will be required to support the Trust's sustainability objectives and comply with all applicable food safety, health and safety and statutory requirements.

Grounds Maintenance Contract 2027-2032 The Council is responsible for a number of public open spaces and parks within the town and is committed to ensuring that these areas are maintained to a clean, tidy and high standard for the benefit of residents and visitors. Teignbridge District Council intends to procure cleaning services for its corporate, operational and leisure buildings and its public toilets. The current scope includes: - Forde House - Old Forde House - the Depot and Bulking Station - Newton Abbot Leisure Centre - Broadmeadow Sports Centre - Dawlish Leisure Centre - Teignbridge Business Centre - Sherborne House - around 24 public toilet sites across the district The portfolio is expected to change during the contract term. The contract will therefore need to allow sites to be added and removed. The Council is considering whether to divide the requirement into lots, for example by site type or geographical area, to encourage participation from small and local businesses. It is also considering whether window cleaning should be included, lotted separately or procured separately. TUPE is expected to apply at some sites.
