The Service will support all adults living in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire who have been sexually assaulted, raped or abused, either recently or in the past, including when the adult was a child. It will support victims and survivors regardless of whether or not they have reported the crime to the police. It will also support close relatives of victims and survivors as appropriate.

The CNC requires Backup Iron Sights (BUS) to provide a reliable secondary sighting capability for its GR115 carbines. The BUS will be used alongside the CNC’s chosen primary sighting system, a holographic sight, and must enable officers to retain an effective sighting capability should the primary sight fail, become damaged or otherwise be unavailable. This requirement supports operational resilience by providing a dependable and readily accessible alternative sighting option.

This Invitation to Tender ("ITT") has been issued by the Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex (the PCC for Sussex) who is seeking to appoint a maximum of 32 of suppliers for the provision of vehicle maintenance services to the PCC for Sussex and to the PCC for Surrey (together, 'the Authorities') . The Scottish Police Authority (known as “the Authority”) has a requirement for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Office Furniture and Associated Equipment across its estate throughout Scotland. The current provision for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Office Furniture and Associated Equipment is due to expire on 31 March 2027. The West Midlands Violence Reduction Strategy is due to be reviewed and updated during October 2026- March 2027. The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Warwickshire invites tenders for the provision of a Criminal Justice Related Drug and Alcohol Referral Service for Adults. The PCC seeks to commission an experienced provider to deliver an Arrest Referral Service across police custody settings in Warwickshire, together with associated substance misuse assessment, intervention and referral services. In addition, the provider will deliver a service within the Leamington Justice Centre courts' setting to offenders who have a history of substance use related problems, the provider will complete court requested suitability assessments for community sentences; and provide information to Court Probation Staff to inform Pre-Sentence Reports. The service will undertake holistic criminal justice substance misuse assessments for individuals in custody who test positive following a Drug Test on Arrest and those who voluntarily engage with the service. Assessments will consider drug and/or alcohol use alongside offending behaviour, health, safeguarding, vulnerabilities and wider social needs, with the aim of identifying appropriate treatment, support and risk management interventions. The service will also undertake suitability assessments for Community Sentence Treatment Requirements, including Drug Rehabilitation Requirements and Alcohol Treatment Requirements. The service will maximise opportunities to identify and engage individuals experiencing drug and/or alcohol misuse at a key point of intervention within the criminal justice system. It will provide early intervention, harm reduction advice, brief interventions, and effective pathways into community drug and alcohol treatment and wider support services. The successful provider will operate as a key partner within Warwickshire's multi-agency response to substance misuse and offending, working collaboratively with Warwickshire Police Custody, Probation, the commissioned community drug and alcohol treatment provider and other relevant statutory and community partners. The service will contribute to improved treatment engagement, improved criminal justice outcomes and the reduction of reoffending in Warwickshire. The PCC is seeking a provider with relevant experience and expertise in delivering substance misuse and/or criminal justice services, with the capability to provide an appropriately skilled and resilient workforce within police custody and criminal justice environments. Procurement of a scalable, affordable, non-energetic FPV training capability to deliver increased training mass under the RAPSTONE programme. National Armaments Director Group, Power, Propulsion and Auxiliaries (PPA), on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, is procuring a replacement Firefighting Helmet & Communication System (FFHCS) for use aboard Royal Navy vessels. The helmets are to integrate with existing personal protective equipment, radio systems, and ancillary equipment. PPA supports multiple defence areas by delivering and sustaining systems that generate energy, provide propulsion, and enable cross-cutting auxiliary functions aboard naval vessels, including domestic, fire and rescue, and catering systems. The requirement is for a commercially available firefighting helmet incorporating an integrated communications system comprising a bone-conducting microphone, speaker(s) and push-to-talk functionality, compatible with in-service Motorola R7Ex radios and existing firefighting personal protective equipment. The current firefighting helmet and communication configuration is obsolete. The requirement is intended to provide a replacement system that supports firefighting, search and rescue, incident command and associated training activities aboard Royal Navy vessels. The required solution must be commercially available off the shelf and comprise a firefighting helmet incorporating an integrated communication system. The communication system must include: - a bone-conducting microphone; - speaker or speakers; - a wired push-to-talk unit; and - full compatibility with the in-service Motorola R7Ex series radios. The Motorola R7Ex radio will be sourced separately by the Authority and is not included within the scope of this contract. The FFHCS must integrate with existing Royal Navy firefighting personal protective equipment and ancillary equipment, including extended duration breathing apparatus, firefighting hoods and firefighting protective clothing. The solution must be adjustable for the required range of users and must not adversely affect the fit or operation of other firefighting equipment. The solution must meet the mandatory requirements set out in the Cardinal Specification. These include requirements relating to: - commercial availability and delivery; - continued product availability; - Marine Equipment Regulations approval; - physical and thermal protection; - compatibility with existing firefighting personal protective equipment; - user fit and adjustment; - durability, maintenance and service life; - intrinsically safe and ATEX-rated components; - visor protection; - communication-system compatibility; - effective speech transmission during firefighting activities; and - controls that can be operated single-handedly while wearing full firefighting personal protective equipment. Applicable technical standards and requirements include: - BS EN 443:2008; - BS EN 14458:2018; - the Marine Equipment Regulations; and - applicable ATEX requirements. Tenderers must provide the certification, compatibility information, product information, test evidence and performance data required by the Tender documents. The contract will cover the supply, packaging and delivery of the complete FFHCS, together with the related technical, maintenance, cleaning, repair, product-life and NATO codification information specified in the contract. The Authority intends to award a single contract through an open procedure in accordance with section 20 of the Procurement Act 2023. The requirement is considered a defence and security contract.
