The West Midlands Violence Reduction Strategy is due to be reviewed and updated during October 2026- March 2027. We are seeking to commission an experienced individual or organisation to review progress and learning from the 2023-2026 Strategy and co-produce a new strategy for 2027-2030. The new strategy must be evidence-led, responsive to current and emerging patterns of violence, and informed by regional and local data research, evaluation evidence and stakeholder insight. It must align with the Serious Violence Duty, including refreshed and supplementary statutory guidance, and clearly set out the region's priorities, intended outcomes and approach to delivery.

Grounds Maintenance services for WMFRA 2026 - 2030

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking to appoint one Provider for Lot 1 and one Provider for Lot 2 to deliver two specialist short-term home-based support services for adults aged 18 and over. The services are designed to support people to remain safely within their own homes during periods of increased need, crisis, recovery, assessment or transition, whilst avoiding unnecessary hospital admissions and long-term residential care placements. Providers may bid for one or both Lots; however, each Lot will be awarded to a single Provider. Lot 1 - Night Support Service Lot 1 is a short-term overnight support service delivered through block rota arrangements. The service is intended for individuals who require short-term support, supervision, observation or reassurance during night-time hours from 11pm - 6am. The successful Provider will deliver overnight support within an individual's home, typically during periods of crisis, hospital discharge, deterioration in health, carer breakdown, increased risk or whilst assessments are being undertaken. The service will provide a physical staff presence overnight to monitor wellbeing, manage identified risks and respond to support needs as they arise. A key function of the service is to gather evidence about an individual's overnight needs and provide professional observations to support future care planning and decision-making by the Council. Lot 2 - Wrap Around Support Service Lot 2 is a flexible short-term wrap around support service delivered through block support arrangements for individuals who require a higher level of support throughout the day. The successful Provider will deliver short-term intensive home-based support to individuals whose needs require regular monitoring, observation and intervention across extended periods of the day. The service is designed to bridge gaps in support, promote recovery and independence, and provide evidence to inform longer-term care and support planning.

Nuneaton and Bedworth Community Enterprises Limited (NABCEL) is the commercial trading arm of Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC). The framework is to provide Staffordshire County Council and it's partners with an agreed schedule of work rates for the Supply, Installation, Repairs and Maintenance of Tarmacadam and other Surfaces on Council buildings and grounds mainly within Staffordshire. The scope of the agreement also includes playground/surface markings and fixed equipment (e.g. benches, canopies, lighting, charging points etc). Although projects will normally range between £20,000 and £60,000 in value, there will be projects both under £20,000 and over £60,000 with no planned upper or lower limit of any job value.

The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Warwickshire invites tenders for the provision of Victim Support Services across Warwickshire. The PCC seeks to commission experienced providers to deliver high-quality, accessible and specialist support services for victims and survivors of crime including family members and friends where appropriate, enabling individuals to cope with and recover from the impact of crime, access appropriate support and exercise their rights under the Victims' Code. Services will contribute to the PCC's wider priorities of supporting victims and survivors, protecting vulnerable people, improving access to justice, reducing violence against women and girls, reducing inequalities in access to support and improving wellbeing and recovery outcomes. The requirement is divided into four lots: • Lot 1 – Multi Crime Victim Service • Lot 2 – Sexual Violence Support Service • Lot 3 – Child Exploitation Support Service • Lot 4 – Slavery and Exploitation Support Service Bidders may tender for a single lot or multiple lots. Across the four lots, the PCC is seeking services that provide appropriate specialist support according to the needs and circumstances of victims and survivors. Services will be expected to provide equitable access to support across Warwickshire, manage demand, capacity and risk effectively, and work collaboratively with relevant statutory, criminal justice, health, safeguarding and voluntary and community sector partners. The successful provider(s) will be expected to have relevant experience and expertise appropriate to the lot(s) for which they tender and to provide suitably skilled, trained and resilient workforces. Providers will be required to maintain robust safeguarding arrangements and deliver inclusive services capable of responding appropriately to vulnerability and the differing needs of individuals accessing support. The contracts will be awarded for an initial period of three (3) years, commencing 1 April 2027, with an option to extend for up to a further two (2) years, subject to funding availability.
