Cardiff Council is exploring the procurement of a service provider to support the development, issuance and administration of a Local Climate Bond programme. The service would provide an FCA-compliant platform and associated services enabling residents and other investors to lend directly to the Council to support climate and sustainability projects. The Council, on behalf of the Children's Commissioning Consortium Cyrum (4C's) is undertaking preliminary market engagement to identify suitably capable and experienced secure transport providers for the secure transportation of children and young people, on behalf of Welsh Local Authorities.
