The Vale of Glamorgan Council requires the supply of supported local bus services in the Vale of Glamorgan and surrounding areas, as detailed in the accompanying schedules. TFWRL are looking To improve productivity, quality and continually improve working methods and conditions by installing a system which will deliver fresh Oil from a 1000L IBC at a single location, and removal of waste oil to/from the point of engine maintenance to a waste oil tank currently located in the depot. This maintenance will be conducted at 5 locations within the depot, pipework and required services will be installed to each of these points. As during engine maintenance current methods of providing fluids is via a wheeled bowser.

TfWRL requires a new Controlled Emission Toilet (CET) facility at Pwllheli Station, including associated civil, building, mechanical and electrical works. The scope also includes an optional HVAC installation, subject to funding approval.

Transport for Wales (TfW) is developing a new multi-lot framework agreement for the provision of infrastructure, maintenance, and enhancement works and services across the transport sector. The framework is intended to provide a compliant, flexible, and efficient route to market for a broad range of transport-related activities, supporting the ongoing maintenance, renewal, improvement, and enhancement of rail infrastructure and associated assets. The framework will be organised into a number of lots designed to reflect market specialisms, delivery capability, and the diverse requirements of transport infrastructure programmes and projects. The objective is to establish a framework that delivers high-quality outcomes, value for money, safety, innovation, sustainability, and social value while supporting efficient project delivery throughout. The framework is expected to support a diverse supplier base, including both large organisations and SMEs, and encourage healthy competition across a range of works and service requirements. The framework will also seek to support wider economic, social, and environmental benefits across Wales, creating value beyond the direct delivery of works and services. Hywel Dda University Health Board wishes to make potential suppliers aware of an upcoming procurement opportunity for the provision of Taxi and Light Goods Transportation Services across Carmarthenshire. Early notification is being provided to allow local operators, SMEs, and other interested providers sufficient time to consider their ability to participate in the future procurement process. The Council, on behalf of the Children's Commissioning Consortium Cyrum (4C's) is undertaking preliminary market engagement to identify suitably capable and experienced secure transport providers for the secure transportation of children and young people, on behalf of Welsh Local Authorities. Due to the anticipated value and infrequent nature of the requirement, the Council does not currently intend to establish a framework or award a public contract, in regards to the Procurement Act 2023 as part of this exercise. This market engagement is being carried out for information-gathering purposes only and is intended to help the Council better understand the availability, capability and experience within the market. The intention is to develop a list of capable suppliers for use by Welsh Local Authorities for secure transport provision. The provision of secure transportation services for children and young people must be delivered in a manner that safeguards and promotes the welfare of the child or young person receiving the service. Providers should note that this is a specialist service and will be expected to meet the requirements of the Welsh Government’s Reducing Restrictive Practices Framework. TfW operates a diverse CCTV estate across stations, depots, operational facilities and rolling stock throughout Wales and the Borders. The estate has evolved through multiple investment programmes, asset ownership arrangements, technologies and operating models. TfW is seeking independent market insight to help shape the future approach to understanding, managing and investing in this estate. A two stage tender process, consisting of Request to Participate (R2P) stage and Invitation to Tender Stage (ITT) for the Design & Build of Caerphilly Interchange. The Caerphilly Interchange Project comprises the procurement of a single Design and Build contractor to deliver the redevelopment of Caerphilly railway station and adjoining bus interchange into a modern, fully integrated multi‑modal transport hub. The works include demolition of existing infrastructure and construction of a new interchange facility incorporating rail, bus, taxi and active travel connectivity, alongside enhanced passenger amenities, retail space, and public realm improvements. The scheme forms a key component of wider regeneration ambitions and the South Wales Metro programme. The project will directly impact transport users, local residents, and businesses across Caerphilly and the wider Cardiff Capital Region, improving accessibility, passenger experience and sustainable travel options and is expected to support economic regeneration and modal shift.

Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Council’, are proposing to undertake the procurement of an Open Framework to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Transport Operators (‘Suppliers’) for the provision of Passenger Transport Services in Neath Port Talbot County Borough and surrounding areas (the ‘Services’). The Services will include: - Home to School / College Transport (inc Mainstream Education, Additional Learning Needs (ALN), Social Services (Adults & Children) and School Activities; - Local Bus / Taxi Services (inc Flexible Service, Demand Responsive and Park and Ride Services).

TfW is undertaking preliminary market engagement for a potential new Revenue Management System to support and improve revenue performance through enhanced automation and optimisation. The system would need to support TfW’s Advance purchase strategy, manage availability through connection to the national Rail Availability and Reservations Service, provide reservations data for commercial and operational insight, and be capable of multi-modal revenue management.
