The re-publication is intended to reflect the updated scope and ensure that all prospective suppliers have access to the latest requirements and associated information when preparing and submitting their responses. The Authority has a requirement for the provision of services for the design and production of the BBMF Lancaster aircraft hydraulic flapjack part, quantity two. The Lancaster aircraft is currently undergoing maintenance. One hydraulic flapjack must be provided by November 2026, and the second by June 2027. This contract contains core work, for the provision of the hydraulic flapjack cylinder and end cap (FJC + EC), and an option, for the additional cost for the provision of the entire hydraulic flapjack unit (FJA). The Authority will determine whether this option shall be exercised after contract award. The supplier for this work must be compliant with the technical requirements set out in the ITT.

The Authority seeks to commission a specialist stalking service across Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The Service shall address stalking-related harm through assessment, perpetrator intervention, independent victim advocacy, safeguarding, dynamic risk management, professional development, monitoring and system learning. The Service shall operate as part of the wider multi-agency response. It shall complement and strengthen existing police, probation, safeguarding, victim support and protective order arrangements, but it shall not replace statutory agency responsibilities. The Service is intended to support the objectives of the Home Office Domestic Abuse and Stalking Perpetrator Interventions Fund, subject to confirmation of funding. The Service shall contribute to improved victim safety, strengthened perpetrator accountability, earlier intervention, improved multi-agency responses and learning about effective stalking perpetrator intervention. Commissioning rationale: • Create a dedicated referral and intervention pathway for stalking perpetrators. • Improve victim safety through functionally independent advocacy and safety planning. • Strengthen multi-agency risk management, information sharing and escalation. • Improve professional confidence, referral quality and stalking identification. • Generate reliable learning about implementation, engagement, outcomes and future commissioning requirements. Strategic Outcomes: The Provider shall be accountable for delivery of activities and outputs within its control. Some system-level impacts depend on police, probation, safeguarding, courts, health, local authorities and other agencies and cannot be attributed solely to the Provider. For contract management and evaluation purposes, outcomes shall be understood at three levels: • Provider-Controlled Deliverables: activities and outputs directly within the Provider’s control, including referrals processed, assessments completed, advocacy offers made, interventions delivered, risk reviews undertaken, safeguarding escalations made, reports submitted and training delivered. • Provider-Influenced Outcomes: changes to which the Provider is expected to make an evidence-informed contribution, including improved victim safety, increased perpetrator accountability, reduced dynamic risk indicators, improved engagement, improved referral quality and stronger multi-agency risk management. • System-Level Impacts: longer-term changes to which the Service may contribute but which cannot be attributed solely to the Provider, including reduced repeat victimisation, reduced serious harm, reduced repeat police contact and a stronger local response to stalking.

The provision of health and safety training

The UKs independent nuclear deterrent has existed for over 60 years to deter the most extreme threats to our national security and way of life, and that of our NATO Allies. UK nuclear policymakers will be confronted with an array of challenges in the coming decades, including from major nuclear armed states, emerging nuclear states and state-sponsored nuclear terrorism. The complexity and breadth of these challenges require the UK to consider how to adapt its approach to deterrence across the spectrum of conflict, including nuclear and strategic deterrence. This, in turn, requires an intellectual capability that can assist UK policymakers in understanding the new security dynamic and its implications for future deterrence requirements. The MoD is committed to not only developing this expertise within Government, but through a thriving and robust civil society which can provide valuable research and challenge to Government on these issues. The Nuclear Deterrence Fund (NDF) is a £3.3m pilot programme which will run between FY24-27 to stimulate wider UK expertise in nuclear deterrence issues and to generate a research base to support nuclear deterrence policymaking. UK government is acting on the Strategic Defence Review's recommendations by investing in an 'always on' pipeline for munitions including building of up to six new energetics and munitions factories in the UK. Following on from the previous Strategic Defence Review - Energetics Information Notice (Published 19 Nov 25), companies have been selected for Feasibility Studies which shall run concurrently and independently to this process. The purpose of this notice is to communicate the MoD's intention for investment windows to support the construction of new energetic materials manufacturing facilities. Investment is expected to be through capital grants subject to approval within the Full Business Case (FBC). Any company can apply to any or all investment windows regardless of having prior engagement with MoD. The MoD expects there to be multiple investment windows, during which companies may submit proposals for MoD funding. The first of these windows is planned to open in Q3 2026 with following windows planned for Q2 2027 and Q4 2027. Each of these windows is expected to be open for 3 months and may be extended. Further information on the investment available will be shared in due course. MoD funding is expected to be no more than £45 million per proposal or 50% of the overall cost, whichever is smaller, subject to the available funding within each window, and meeting VFM and affordability criteria which will be confirmed in due course .MoD investment will sit alongside the wider support opportunities offered by HM Government.

Potential procurement of a minimum of one (1) Modular A-Frame, associated equipment, and in-service support. The Modular A-Frame(s) will form part of a Launch and Recovery (L&R) System in support of UK Royal Navy’s (RN) operations, training activities, and assessment of suitability for wider application across RN vessels. A Request for Information (RFI) in connection with the removal and disposal of the oil remaining on the wreck of HMS CASSANDRA, a WWI era Royal Navy cruiser sunk off the coast of Estonia in the Baltic Sea on 05 December 1918 after striking a naval mine. The wreck is at an approximate depth of 95 to 100 metres (312 to 328 feet) beneath the water surface, part buried in the seabed on its starboard side in position 58.47783° N / 21.2280° E. NCGI Caching Capability Support - The National Centre for Geospatial Intelligence (NCGI) has long had a requirement to cache Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) to support intelligence analysis, operations and enhance user experience. Currently, there is no existing capability for caching data consistently across the organisation.

The Protect Delivery Team, part of the NAD Group Ministry of Defence (MoD) requires a new contract to provide a continuation of In-Service Support for Mini Demolition Remote Firing Devices. The Firing Devices are used to initiate Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and controlled demolitions. The Firing Devices are used in both manual operations and Remote-Controlled Vehicle (RCV) operations across the EOD community. Therefore, a replacement contract is required to support the continued use of the equipment. The contract duration will be for a maximum period of 8 years, 4 years plus 4 x 1-year options. The total estimated contract value is £504,167 (Ex VAT) or £605,000 (Inc VAT).

A requirement to supply Safety Of Life At Sea (SOLAS) Accredited Stores to the MoD to ensure vessels are equipped with the appropriate capabilities. This procurement seeks to purchase the relevant pyrotechnics for distress signalling & man overboard recovery. The procurement is likely to require a specific number of items to be delivered each year. The items will be required to meet SOLAS standards (where applicable) and be within a specific measurement tolerance to ensure items are able to be stored on vessels. Babcock Land Defence Limited, acting in capacity as Agent for the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) under project Phoenix 3 are seeking to establish and operationalise a new Quoted Rental Framework Agreement (Transport Services). The intended new Defence and Security Open Framework requires the provision of the following vehicle types for operations within the UK; Coach with driver Coach self-drive Freight vehicles with driver Freight vehicles self-drive Taxi, Chauffeur, and Medical Taxi with driver.
