Angus Council and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership have reviewed their current Framework for the provision of personal care, support and care and housing support (including home-based respite services) under SDS Option 3 within the homes of supported people in Angus. This is a procurement exercise to establish a new framework, commencing 01 April 2027. This is an opportunity for providers in the Care at Home sector to tender for various Lots within the new framework. The new Framework will run for four years with options to extend for a further three years and then a further two years. The estimated values in this notice are based on the Framework running for a total of nine years

The Council intend to establish a contract with a single supplier to act as the lead organisation for Engagement and Participation activities across University Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire (UHSCNL), on behalf of North Lanarkshire Council (NLC) and the Integrated Joint Board (IJB). In the style of an open procedure all in accordance with The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, Regulation 74.

Renfrewshire Council requires the provision of a Rot Eradication and Treatment Contractor to provide specialist services for the surveying and treatment of Timber, rot, woodworm, infestation, and control of dampness to its Housing stock both to tenanted and void properties.

Provision of Adult Carers and Young Carers Support Services. The Council are looking to procure Services that will continue to support and work with Adult Carers and Young Carers residing in South Lanarkshire to offer holistic, personalised support through an outcomes approach by offering a range of direct and indirect support. The Service will deliver a full spectrum of preventative approaches and supports to enable Adult Carers and Young Carers to achieve their outcomes and ensure their rights are met. This is an Open Tender including 2 Lots, with one supplier being awarded per Lot. There is a maximum budget for Lot 2 (for both Lots), further details can be found within the Service Specification (Appendix 4) and Pricing Schedule (Appendix 5). For clarity, the definition of Adult Carers and Young Carers is as per the Carers Act Scotland 2016. “adult carer” means a carer who is at least 18 years old but is not a young carer. “young carer” means a carer who; (a) under 18 years old, or (b) has attained the age of 18 years while a pupil at school, and has since attaining that age remained a pupil at that or another school.

This requirement is for an Adaptations and Small Repairs service to owner occupiers and private landlord tenants following assessment and recommendation by the Renfrewshire & East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnerships. Renfrewshire Council is the lead procuring authority and is procuring this requirement for both Renfrewshire Council and East Renfrewshire Council. South Lanarkshire Council has an ongoing and recurring requirement for the supply and application of highway surfacing and road marking services, including but not limited to anti‑skid surfacing, thermoplastic line markings, road studs and cats eyes, across the Council’s road network. The Council is publishing this Prior Information Notice to engage with the market and provide early visibility of potential future procurement activity. The PIN is intended to inform suppliers of the nature and scope of the forthcoming requirement. Orkney Islands Council wish to appoint a contractor (or contractors) to carry out various works on an as-required basis by the Council acting as Planning Authority, specifically in relation to its enforcement function. Services will be delivered through Self Directed Support Options 2 and 3 and will adopt an outcomes focused, person centred approach designed to maximise independence, improve quality of life and support individuals to live the lives they choose within their communities. Glasgow City Council (GCC) is initiating a landmark architectural design contest to redevelop two prominent gap sites at Albert Cross, situated within the historic East Pollokshields Conservation Area. These sites were formerly occupied by B-listed tenement blocks, which were tragically lost to fires in 2019 and 2020. The Design Contest is a call for architects to submit design proposals for both sites as part shared vision for the cross. The contest will be run as a 2 stage process, commencing with the submission of an initial diagrammatic conceptual design which will be judged anonymously by the judging panel. From this a shortlist of 3 entrants will be invited to develop their ideas further to the Stage 2 submission with Cost Plan and named design team, from which an outright winner will then be selected. The depth and complexity of the Stage 2 submission information included should be in line with RIBA Plan of Work 2020 for an “early” Stage 3: Spatial Coordination (or for an “advanced” Stage 2: Concept Design) It is envisaged that, subject to approvals and acquisition of the sites, the winner may be awarded a Design Services Contract to further their design proposal into a full planning application for one or both sites, at Council’s sole discretion. More detailed information is contained within the Albert Cross Design Contest Brief which will be available on the Public Contract Scotland Tendering Portal. It is our intention to publish all documents relating to the Design Contest on Public Contract Scotland Tendering on Friday 21 August 2026. The Council will reserve the right to award a Design Services Contract under Regulation 33(6) of The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Fife Council require to put in place a Framework for annual servicing of Heat Recovery Units (MVHR) which are installed in new build and existing housing stock throughout Fife. The units are fitted to ensure that the properties are well ventilated limiting the potential of condensation and mould.

Fife Council has a requirement for servicing to be carried out on Heat Recovery Units that have been installed in new build housing and existing housing stock throughout Fife. The table below provides an indication on the units installed, more details can be found within the asset register provided.

East Ayrshire Council have an expansive portfolio of domestic and owner occupied properties. The Council's tenanted properties are maintained primarily by an in-house team. Housing Asset Services require various sub-contractors to support the team in completing both housing related emergency and maintenance works to ensure they are completed within appointment /target dates and thus ensure KPI’s are achieved. Owner Occupied Properties are currently delivered by sub-contractors and this framework has been developed to ensure this same practice is continued.
