The Authority intends to procure a modern Corporate Technology Platform (Ecosystem) to replace fragmented and ageing legacy corporate systems and provide an integrated digital platform supporting key enabling services across Police Scotland. The requirement is for an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) Ecosystem, together with the associated hosting, integration, implementation, data migration, training, transition, support and professional services required to deliver and sustain the solution. The Contract is expected to be for a period of seven (7) years with options, exercisable solely at the Authority's discretion, to extend by up to three (3) further periods of twelve (12) months each, giving a maximum potential duration of ten (10) years.

This Request for Information is being issued to inform, engage and gather information from the market for potential procurement options related to the provision of a case management system.

This Prior Information Notice is to indicate that a National Training Framework will be developed to assist Police Scotland with an array of Personal and Specialist training for serving officers and police staff.

For ADS to accept any EoI it is ESSENTIAL that any subcontractor is: • willing to act as Main Cttr (essential req't); • a Verified member of Constructionline (GOLD), relevant Wk Cat MUST show that Subcontracting is possible, and the 'Bldg Safety • capable of working in a BIM Level 2 environment (where appl); • compliant with DefStan 05-138 (required if you are likely to handle MoD Identifiable Information on your IT system); • willing to work with Amey to deliver Social Value to our Client; ideally, complete the Social Value Goal within the Constructionline platform. DESIRABLE attributes of our Supply Chain: • have a Corporate Social Responsibility policy; • have a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan If successful the subcontractor will need to pass a PQQ, sign up to Amey Terms and Conditions, and meet the MoD Security Requirements.
