Supply and Delivery of Digital Tablets and Associated Accessories
The ONSIDE Evolution project is led by Disability Action Northern Ireland (DANI) in partnership with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (the Housing Executive), Supporting Communities (SCNI) and the Independent Living Movement Ireland (ILMI). It aims to reduce social isolation amongst disabled people leading to improved mental and physical health outcomes, while empowering them to fulfil their potential as active citizens within their communities. The Housing Executive requires a contract for the supply and delivery of digital tablets and associated accessories for approximately 4,350 people with varying disabilities.
APX055 - Competitive Land, Design and Build Competition for West Belfast Area.
Each Development (an individual Development Contract) is for the provision of social housing units in the West Belfast Area by means of design and build, where the Developer provides the land, designs, constructs and completes the scheme for Apex in accordance with the DfC Housing Association Guide, Employers Design Brief and statutory body requirements. Apex will consider mixed tenure developments that is where some of the homes are designed and built to be social housing and some may be affordable standard homes.
In the interests of providing an efficient housing management service, any one site must provide a minimum of 10 units.
The developers proposals must ensure each site includes a range of house types. It is a normal assumption from NIHE that 10% of any development should consist of standard wheelchair accommodation.
The estimated value is indicative only. The final contract value will depend on the site tendered, achievable development capacity, final approved housing mix and tendered Development Price per Unit. No minimum expenditure or contract value is guaranteed.
Tender for the Print and Distribution of the Streets Ahead Magazine for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive
The Northern Ireland Housing Executive wishes to establish a Contract for the development, print and distribution of 80,750 copies (approx.) of the ‘Streets Ahead’ magazine as described in the Specification and in accordance with the Housing Executive’s Conditions of Contract included within the Tender Documentation.
The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (the Housing Executive) requires Contractor(s) from established Residential Estate Agents and General Practice Surveying firms for the provision of:
•A high quality Residential Property Valuation Service applicable where tenants apply to purchase their dwelling under the House Sales Scheme;
•A high quality Residential Property Valuation Service applicable where individuals apply for housing benefit (also known as Universal Credit) in order to determine the value of land or property possessed by the claimant and;
•A high quality Residential Property Valuation Service applicable where leaseholders apply to apply to extend the leasehold term of their flat dwelling under the Leasehold Extension Policy.
The Contracts will be for a two-year period with the option to extend for any period(s) up to a maximum 36 months (potential 5 year Contract Period).
The requirement will be divided into 4 Lots:
Lot One: Belfast etc
Lot Two: Bangor etc
Lot Three: Ballymena etc
Lot Four: Derry etc

Apex Housing Association invites tenders from suitably experienced service providers for the delivery of cleaning and associated services across Northern Ireland.
The contract includes scheduled cleaning services at the housing schemes and offices identified in the tender documents, kitchen canopy and ductwork cleaning, waste management, bin collection, and ad hoc and specialist cleaning services. Ad hoc services may be required at Apex properties throughout Northern Ireland.
The successful supplier will be required to deliver the services in accordance with the Invitation to Tender, Document 2 Scope, and the other contract documents.
The contract will be for an initial period of 24 months, with options for Apex to extend it for two further periods of 12 months. The maximum contract period is 48 months.
The estimated annual value is approximately GBP 250,000 excluding VAT. The estimated total value is GBP 1,000,000 excluding VAT if both optional extension periods are used. These values are estimates only and Apex does not guarantee any minimum level of expenditure or work.
Competitive Land Design and Build Contract within NIHE area West Belfast Co Antrim Northern Ireland 100-150 Units
The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint developers to provide land for the development of social housing. The Contracting Authority seeks land in West Belfast, Northern Ireland. In the interests of providing an efficient housing management service, the Contracting Authority will not consider Sites which provide less than 100 units or more than 150 units. Preferably units are to be delivered at a single Site, however, adjacent sites maybe considered. Economic Operators must provide the land, design, construct and ensure completion of the scheme for the Contracting Authority in accordance with the Department for Communities Housing Association Guide, the Contracting Authority's requirements, and statutory body requirements.
Response Maintenance & Improvement - Mid Ulster/S Area & Mid & East Antrim
The lot contracts associated with this competition will deliver responsive maintenance, emergency repairs, void property works, civil engineering, asbestos services, fire safety works, and associated inspections across the Contracting Authority's properties within the relevant region. The successful Suppliers will provide a 24/7/365 responsive repairs service, undertake technical and compliance inspections, manage multi‑trade repair tasks, and support statutory landlord obligations. Services include working in occupied and unoccupied homes, communal areas, and Contracting Authority-owned land and buildings. The Suppliers must meet extensive requirements in health and safety, customer care, IT integration, appointments, reporting, social value, environmental sustainability, and performance management, and must collaborate with the Contracting Authority. No minimum volume of work is guaranteed. In accordance with the Procurement Policy Note 01/21 – Social Value in Procurement, this Contract will deliver measurable social value outcomes. Under this Procurement Suppliers will be required to support the Contracting Authority's social value objectives. Accordingly, Contract performance conditions and Award Criteria may relate, in particular, to social value.
The Housing Executive reserves the right to undertake preliminary market engagement in relation to this requirement. Where such engagement is anticipated, a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice is intended to be published.
