Apex Housing Association invites tenders from suitably experienced service providers for the delivery of cleaning and associated services across Northern Ireland.
The contract includes scheduled cleaning services at the housing schemes and offices identified in the tender documents, kitchen canopy and ductwork cleaning, waste management, bin collection, and ad hoc and specialist cleaning services. Ad hoc services may be required at Apex properties throughout Northern Ireland.
The successful supplier will be required to deliver the services in accordance with the Invitation to Tender, Document 2 Scope, and the other contract documents.
The contract will be for an initial period of 24 months, with options for Apex to extend it for two further periods of 12 months. The maximum contract period is 48 months.
The estimated annual value is approximately GBP 250,000 excluding VAT. The estimated total value is GBP 1,000,000 excluding VAT if both optional extension periods are used. These values are estimates only and Apex does not guarantee any minimum level of expenditure or work.

This Contract is for the supply, maintenance/repair and modifications of fixed and mobile generators. This Contract requires the following services: - Fixed generator on-site installation, maintenance and repair work carried out by suitably qualified and trained staff; Fixed and mobile generators off-site repair carried out by suitably qualified and trained staff; Mobile generators installation, maintenance and repair work carried out by suitably qualified and trained staff; Supply and installation of spare/replacement parts for generators; Supply, installation, mechanical and electrical maintenance and commissioning of mains and generator air circuit breakers by an approved OEM Engineer; G99 Generator interface protection; Provision of generators and associated equipment hire.

***This is not a tender exercise*** The Education Authority Northern Ireland (EANI) would like to invite participation in a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise to seek the views of the market for Cash Handling for EA Catering Service. The purpose of this PME exercise is for EANI to gain an understanding of the latest developments and innovative solutions available and will be used to assist EANI in gaining a better understanding of the feasibility of the requirements, the most appropriate procurement and operational approach, the capacity of the market to deliver the requirements and an opportunity for the market to highlight any possible risks or issues. For the avoidance of doubt, this is the scoping phase of the project and is not part of any formal procurement process and there is no commitment at this stage to carry out such a process. The successful bidder shall be required to carry out dredging and disposal works to restore the navigation channels and berths in specified areas of Belfast Harbour to their specified depths.
The estimated volume of material to be dredged is a minimum of 400,000m3. All dredged natural material is to be disposed of at an offshore disposal area situated approximately 14 nautical miles from the turning circle. Interested parties should note that as part of this PQQ process, bidders are required to demonstrate that they have sufficient experience in dredging projects of a similar scope and complexity, as well as sufficient plant and resources to undertake the dredging works in accordance with BHC's timetable for the works, if successful. The project has an estimated 8-10 weeks duration.
Response Maintenance & Improvement - Mid Ulster/S Area & Mid & East Antrim
The lot contracts associated with this competition will deliver responsive maintenance, emergency repairs, void property works, civil engineering, asbestos services, fire safety works, and associated inspections across the Contracting Authority's properties within the relevant region. The successful Suppliers will provide a 24/7/365 responsive repairs service, undertake technical and compliance inspections, manage multi‑trade repair tasks, and support statutory landlord obligations. Services include working in occupied and unoccupied homes, communal areas, and Contracting Authority-owned land and buildings. The Suppliers must meet extensive requirements in health and safety, customer care, IT integration, appointments, reporting, social value, environmental sustainability, and performance management, and must collaborate with the Contracting Authority. No minimum volume of work is guaranteed. In accordance with the Procurement Policy Note 01/21 – Social Value in Procurement, this Contract will deliver measurable social value outcomes. Under this Procurement Suppliers will be required to support the Contracting Authority's social value objectives. Accordingly, Contract performance conditions and Award Criteria may relate, in particular, to social value.

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council invites tenders for the design, build, and maintenance of a series of heritage trails to showcase the Borough’s cultural, social and industrial history and the associated app, which will be free, public facing and will include, at a minimum, the following:
• Five borough-wide driving trails with audio commentary, interactive maps, physical interpretation and additional resources (10–15 location sites per trail)
• 10 local walking trails (named localities), each with audio, maps, and interpretation at key points.
• Linkage to physical signage/interpretation and printed resources available at two Heritage Hubs.
The aim of this project is to provide an engaging, accessible, and inclusive digital experience for residents and visitors as well as offering a sustainable content management system that will allow Council to maintain and grow the trails over time.
The anticipated completion/launch date for the project is July 2027. The maintenance contract period will be 3 years from the completion/launch date with an option to extend for up to a further 36 months, subject to performance and review.
