The DFE Energy Group seeks to appoint a specialist supplier to undertake a programme of compliance inspections across all closure accredited NI Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) installations. The supplier will conduct site inspections, assess compliance with RHI closure regulations, collect evidence and produce inspection reports. This contract will be for the supply of 100% renewable (green) Metered Electricity for a term of 36 months. The anticipated commencement date shall be 1st April 2027 and expire on 31st March 2030. Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council gives notice of its intention to award a Construction and Minor Works Framework for the delivery of construction, maintenance, repair, refurbishment and associated minor works required by Council during the framework term, which is three years. The proposed framework is intended to provide the Council with access to suitably experienced and competent contractors capable of delivering a range of planned, reactive and project-based works across the Council estate. The scope will include, but is not limited to, general building works, minor civil works, repair and maintenance activities, small-scale refurbishment, enabling works and associated construction-related services. The proposed framework will offer access to a range of construction and minor works trades and disciplines, including painting and decorating, plastering, plumbing, Gas Safe engineering, joinery, drywall and ceilings, skilled labour, general labouring, fence erection, glazing, bricklaying and stonemasonry, tiling, welding and roofing, playpark installations. The estimated total value of the Framework over its term is £1,500,000. This estimate is provided for transparency and planning purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of volume of work or number of call-off contracts to be awarded under the Framework. The framework will be used exclusively for works and contractors/individuals located within the borough area of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council. It is intended to support the efficient, compliant and timely delivery of Council requirements across the Borough whilst providing support to local firms through direct procurement and ensuring that works are procured and delivered in a manner that meets Council’s operational needs, statutory responsibilities and commitment to transparency in public procurement. The framework is not intended to confer exclusivity on any single supplier, and any subsequent call-off arrangements will be managed in accordance with the terms of the Framework and the applicable requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 and the Procurement Regulations 2024. Council considers that the framework is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises. The nature, scale and geographic focus of the works are expected to provide opportunities for local and regional contractors, including SMEs, to participate as subcontractors. The Association is seeking to appoint an Integrated Design Team (to include a Project Architect (acting as Lead Consultant), Consulting Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Consulting Civil and Structural Engineers, Principal Designer and NEC4 Supervisor) for the design and construction of a new social housing project at Clarawood House, Clara Way, Belfast, which is currently programmed to commence on site during the 2027/28 Social Housing Development Programme. The proposed development site is earmarked for transfer to Choice Housing by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. The services for the project will incorporate, but are not limited to, site appraisal, assisting the Association with its application for Housing Association Grant, architectural and services design through RIBA Plan of Work 2020 Stages 0 – 4 (including strategy, project brief, concept and developed design, etc.), cost planning and management, services design, civil and structural designs, preparation of contract and tender documents, management of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and health and safety compliance construction stage design management and quality inspections, risk management and administration of all applicable statutory applications (e.g. applications for Planning Permission, etc.). The Integrated Design Team will also provide support services to the Association and NEC4 Project Manager during the construction and post-completion phases. The proposed service is to be undertaken in accordance with all regulatory requirements, such as the Department for Communities’ Housing Association Guide, Choice Housing Design Guide and any appropriate legislative requirements.

The Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) is an agency within the Department of Agriculture Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA). As part of its remit, NIEA manages a suite of properties through their Regional Operations team (RO) including National Nature Reserves which have been designated as Areas of Special Scientific Interest (ASSIs) through UK legislation and as Special Areas of Conservation (SACs) and Special Protected Areas (SPAs) Designated and protected by European legislation for their significant habitat value. NIEA has a responsibility for the management of these sites to ensure that they are under favourable management with a view to attaining and remaining in favourable conservation status. The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) Rivers Directorate is a key branch within the Department for Infrastructure, dedicated to managing and overseeing Northern Ireland's watercourses and flood risk management. DfI Rivers plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and sustainability of the region's watercourse infrastructure.
