7F Commercial Services is undertaking a soft market assessment on behalf of Norfolk Constabulary, to gain an understanding of the potential level of market interest in the future delivery of a victim-focus forensic response model. Operation Nightingale is a victim focused forensic response model, piloted successfully by Durham Constabulary and proposed for implementation as a 24/7 Norfolk pilot.
