Leicestershire County Council (the Council) has a requirement for the compliant removal of waste generated in connection with highway maintenance activities in accordance with the Waste Duty of Care Code of Practice November 2018. The Council is looking to appoint up to five suitably qualified and experienced Bidders who can provide services in connection with each of the following lots: • Lot 1 - bulk collection of highway maintenance waste (South Leicestershire) • Lot 2 - bulk collection of highway maintenance waste (North Leicestershire) • Lot 3 - bulk collection of dewatered gully waste • Lot 4 - provision and collection of skips (South Leicestershire) • Lot 5 - provision and collection of skips (North Leicestershire) The Council is looking to appoint any number of suitably qualified and experienced Bidders who can provide tipping facilities within Leicestershire or within ten miles of the border of Leicestershire to the following lot: • Lot 6 - provision of accessible tipping facilities Suitably qualified and experienced Bidders can bid for one or more lots. Successful Bidders can be appointed to more than one lot. Successful Bidders will be appointed to an NEC4 Framework Contract as Suppliers. Suppliers will be selected to provide services for each lot in accordance with the Framework Contract's selection procedure.

Rutland County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake preliminary design work for a package of transport and public realm improvements in Oakham. Provision of passenger transport in small vehicles (less than 8 seats). This includes home-to-school transport but also social care transport and DRT services. Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking to establish a provider list, using a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), of organisations able to provide Transport Services including Local Bus, Mainstream Home-to-School, School Meals Transport, Ad-Hoc Taxi, Special Education Needs, High Dependency, Adult Social Care and Curriculum Transport Services. The contract will be available for use for the following public bodies to utilise in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. Nottingham City Council, Nottinghamshire Healthcare Foundation NHS Trust, Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (inc Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, Nottingham City Hospital). The scope of this DPS is to cover all future Transport requirements that the Council procures and is segmented into different categories of transport. Providers will need to register for each transport category they are interested in. The Council will only advertise opportunities for each type of transport to those Providers registered for each category. East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EMAS) intends to establish a Dynamic Market for the provision of Taxi Support Services to East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust. Whilst EMAS undertakes the vast majority of journeys via in-house team, there is a need for extra demand in the system to cover NEPTS journeys for the Trust. The intention is to setup a Dynamic Market with separate lots, for taxi providers providing necessary service within that area. This will include transporting of patients to and from hospital for routine appointments, short term adhoc journeys, and other journeys may be required. The Dynamic Market is anticipated to begin from 01 April 2026 and run for 4 years until 31 March 2030, with suppliers being awarded into the following Lot Structure - Lot 1 covers NEPTS LINCOLNSHIRE Region (area to which East Midlands Ambulance Service currently provides this services). - Lot 2 covering NEPTS NORTHAMPTIONSHIRE region - Lot 3 covering NEPTS DERBYSHIRE region The establishment of the Dynamic Market is Stage 1 of the process, which will create the supplier list within each lot. The Council is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Highways Framework Agreement to support the delivery of highway maintenance, improvement, construction, specialist services, materials supply, plant hire and associated activities across the highway network and related infrastructure. Should additional requirements arise as a result of LGR, the total estimated Framework value may increase to a maximum of £107,325,000 million EX VAT. Stage 1 - Invitation to Participate This will be the PSQ stage that suppliers complete such as their economic and financial standing and their technical/ professional ability. The Council will also ask scored and weighted questions to arrive at a shortlist of a maximum four highest scoring suppliers for each lot to take to Stage 2. Stage 2 - Invitation to Submit Final Tenders Suppliers successful from Stage 1 will be invited to submit their tenders which will consist of their pricing, quality and social value methodologies. The values attributed to individual lots are indicative only and do not represent any guarantee of expenditure. Actual spend may vary between lots depending on operational requirements, available funding and any changes arising from LGR. Call-off contracts may include highway maintenance works, specialist highway services, traffic management, supply of materials, plant and equipment hire, haulage services and resource support. Requirements may range from small-scale reactive works to larger planned maintenance and capital improvement schemes. Appointment to the Framework does not guarantee any minimum value or volume of work. Call-off contracts may be awarded by direct award and/or further competition in accordance with the Framework terms and procurement documents.

Stonewater are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced contractors to deliver 39 units on a greenfield site in Henlade, Somerset. All works will be let through a JCT contract between the successful Contractor and Stonewater. The site area is approximately 2.49ha.
