Nottingham City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for a scheme covering the following elements: • RIBA Stage 4 design of a new rail gantry and associated pipework. • Construction of a new rail gantry and associated pipework. • Commissioning of new pipework and associated electrical connections. • Demolition and removal of the existing rail gantry. Nottingham City Council operates a district heating system from its London Road Heat Station. The system serves c5,000 households and commercial customers with heat and hot water, alongside a private wire with c200 domestic and business users. The main energy supply to the heat station is from a high-pressure steam feed from the nearby Eastcroft Incinerator. The steam is fed through a pipe which crosses the railway by a gantry to the east of Nottingham Station and west of London Road. The Authority has been asked to move the existing gantry to align closer to London Road to allow a proposed development to take place on the site shown to the north of the railway. A RIBA Stage Three design has been undertaken and planning permission for the scheme is being sought. The contractor, or a member of their consortium for group bids, will need to be a Network Rail approved contractor and have experience in the construction and commissioning of high-pressure steam and other ancillary pipes and electrical connections. The commissioning of the new pipes is targeted to take place during the summer shutdown in July 2027.

The scheme involves the construction of 29 new dwellings and associated hard and soft landscaping on the land to the North of Stopham Road including Section 278 Highway improvement works to Stopham Road. All works will be let through a JCT contract between the successful Contractor and Stonewater. The housing development consists of 22 nr. Houses, 1 nr. wheelchair accessible M4(3) Bungalow & 6 nr Flats, with a Gross Floor Area of 2560 m2. The proposed dwellings comprise of 1-, 2-, 3-and 4-bedroom units with a mixed tenure, affordable and social rent. The following plots are to be affordable rent; 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28. Finally the housing development includes the construction of soft and hard landscaping areas, and an estate spine road. The spine road will run from Stopham Road through to the Network Rail site to the Northeast and will be constructed to adoptable standard but not adopted.

Nottingham City Council requires a Framework Agreement for the provision of operated plant and suitably competent operators to support statutory, planned, reactive, emergency and seasonal highway maintenance requirements across Nottingham City Council boundaries and any future expanded highway area arising from Local Government Reorganisation. The Supplier shall provide plant, attachments and operators in accordance with the Framework Agreement, the Pricing Schedule, the Authority's instructions and any site-specific requirements issued by Nottingham City Council. Subject to suitability, the Council is seeking to appoint up to 3 Contractors to this Framework. The overall Framework will have an estimated total value of up to £1,600,000 (VAT exclusive) The duration of the Framework is expected to be for up to 4 years at the Authority's discretion

Provision of passenger transport in small vehicles (less than 8 seats). This includes home-to-school transport but also social care transport and DRT services. This notice is to inform the market that the DPS has been extended from 02 June 2025 to 01 June 2028 in line with Regulation 34 of the PCR2015 regime.

Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking to establish a provider list, using a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), of organisations able to provide Transport Services including Local Bus, Mainstream Home-to-School, School Meals Transport, Ad-Hoc Taxi, Special Education Needs, High Dependency, Adult Social Care and Curriculum Transport Services. The contract will be available for use for the following public bodies to utilise in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. Nottingham City Council, Nottinghamshire Healthcare Foundation NHS Trust, Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (inc Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, Nottingham City Hospital). We are also giving the opportunity for Derby City Council and Derbyshire County Council and the East Midlands Combined County Authority to utilise this contract should they wish to.

The scope of this DPS is to cover all future Transport requirements that the Council procures and is segmented into different categories of transport. Providers will need to register for each transport category they are interested in. The Council will only advertise opportunities for each type of transport to those Providers registered for each category. The categories of transport are as follows: - Education and Social Care - Public Transport Bus Network - Demand Responsive Transport Interested Providers should refer to the specifications found in Schedules A - C for details as to the requirements of the future contracts. These documents are provided in a draft state and final versions will be issued to Providers when specific requirements are called-off from the DPS. The initial DPS period is for 8 years (96 months) and can be extended perpetually by period(s) of up to 8 years (96 months). The Council reserves the right to close the DPS at any point. East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EMAS) intends to establish a Dynamic Market for the provision of Taxi Support Services to East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust. Whilst EMAS undertakes the vast majority of journeys via in-house team, there is a need for extra demand in the system to cover NEPTS journeys for the Trust. The intention is to setup a Dynamic Market with separate lots, for taxi providers providing necessary service within that area. This will include transporting of patients to and from hospital for routine appointments, short term adhoc journeys, and other journeys may be required. The Dynamic Market is anticipated to begin from 01 April 2026 and run for 4 years until 31 March 2030, with suppliers being awarded into the following Lot Structure - Lot 1 covers NEPTS LINCOLNSHIRE Region (area to which East Midlands Ambulance Service currently provides this services). - Lot 2 covering NEPTS NORTHAMPTIONSHIRE region - Lot 3 covering NEPTS DERBYSHIRE region The establishment of the Dynamic Market is Stage 1 of the process, which will create the supplier list within each lot. Stonewater are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced contractors to deliver 39 units on a greenfield site in Henlade, Somerset. All works will be let through a JCT contract between the successful Contractor and Stonewater. The site area is approximately 2.49ha. Leicester City Council ('the Council') has a legal requirement to appoint a contractor for the demolition of existing buildings on site and the creation of a 42-unit residential development with associated landscaping works to create a courtyard area. Proposed funding will be 45% from Homes England and the remaining 55% from Leicester City Council. Planning has yet to be applied for; however, it will be in place prior to construction works commencing in April 2027. The tender will be issued at RIBA stage 3+. The client will not be novating the existing design team. The terms will be JCT Single Stage Design and Build with a schedule for pricing evaluation.
