Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust requires a Service Provider to undertake the administration and management of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Community Investment Fund (MHWCIF). The provider will administer grant application and award processes, undertake due diligence and governance activities, manage and monitor funding allocated to VCFSE organisations, provide financial and performance reporting, support funded organisations with capacity building and volunteer development, and evaluate and report on outcomes achieved through community-based mental health and wellbeing projects across Lincolnshire.

Nottinghamshire County Council is procuring a Framework Agreement for the provision of residential and/or nursing care home services for adults. The Council intends to appoint multiple successful bidders as Providers under the Framework. The Framework will support individuals whose primary support needs include learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, brain injuries and sensory impairments. Services may include standard placements, short breaks, emergency placements, forensic provision and exceptional and highly specialist care arrangements. The service is primarily for adults. The Council may also use the Framework to commission provision for young people aged 16 or 17, provided that the relevant home satisfies all applicable registration, policy and regulatory requirements, including those of the Care Quality Commission and/or Ofsted. For older adults, typically those aged 65 and over, the Council will ordinarily commission residential provision through alternative contracts that the Council has developed specifically for residential care for older adults. It is anticipated that this Framework will only be used for people aged 65 years and over in exceptional circumstances where suitable provision cannot be identified via the alternative contracts. Most placements are expected to be within the seven districts of Nottinghamshire. However, the Council may commission placements outside of Nottinghamshire where required. Bidders are advised that, following the UK Government's publication of the English Devolution White Paper in December 2024, a programme of Local Government Reorganisation ("LGR") is underway which may affect the governance, boundaries and/or legal status of the Council during the term of any Framework or Call-Off Contract entered pursuant to this procurement. As a consequence of LGR, any Framework or Call-Off Contract may be required to be transferred, assigned or novated (in whole or in part) to one or more successor authorities or other public bodies established as part of LGR, in accordance with applicable legislation. The Council intends to establish this Framework for an initial term of 6 years, with the option to extend for up to two further periods of 24 months (6+2+2). The maximum potential duration of the Framework is therefore 10 years. Appointment to the Framework does not guarantee a Provider any volume of placements or minimum level of expenditure. The Council reserves the right, at its discretion, to advertise one or more further opportunities to admit additional Providers to the Framework. No dates have been set for any such opportunities. Any future opportunity will be separately advertised and conducted in accordance with the applicable procurement requirements. A bidder that is unsuccessful in this procurement may submit a new tender in response to any future advertised opportunity but a bidder that has been successful will not need to re-apply. For the avoidance of doubt this Framework is not an Open Framework within the meaning of the Procurement Act 2023. Full details of the requirements are set out in the procurement documents.

Whilst EMAS undertakes the vast majority of journeys via in-house team, there is a need for extra demand in the system to cover NEPTS journeys for the Trust. The intention is to setup a Dynamic Market with separate lots, for taxi providers providing necessary service within that area. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to alert potential suppliers to an opportunity in relation to provision of a lead neighbourhood organisation for the obesity pathway innovation programme (phase 1) for Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust with a joint collaborative project across Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. The Commissioner is seeking to appoint a Neighbourhood Lead Organisation (the Provider) to coordinate and support an integrated neighbourhood obesity pathway as part of the Obesity Pathway Innovation Programme (OPIP). The Provider will act as the local pathway integrator, bringing together existing NHS, local authority and voluntary sector provision, and will commission or deliver additional support where an evidenced gap cannot be met through existing provision. The Provider is not expected to deliver every component of overweight and obesity prevention and treatment, and must not unnecessarily duplicate, displace or replace services already commissioned through the NHS, local authorities or other national programmes. Its value lies in coordination, access, equity and closing evidenced gaps rather than replacing what already exists. The initial fixed term contract duration shall be 2 years from 1st December 2026. NHFT require service commencement by the preferred bidder from 1st December 2026. East Midlands Imaging Network ("EMRAD"), a network of eight NHS Trusts that share diagnostic imaging capability across the East Midlands, is undertaking preliminary market engagement prior to procuring an enterprise-wide medical imaging management and processing system, to include Radiology Information System (“RIS”), Picture Archiving and Communication System (“PACS”), Vendor Neutral Archive (“VNA”), Cardiology Information System and Digital Pathology. The Trusts in the network are: - Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust - Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (comprising United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust) - Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust - University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust - University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust - University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group (comprising Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust) EMRAD is planning the procurement of replacement PACS and RIS systems for all 8 Trusts, on an anticipated term of up to 10 years with phased go-live from 2029. EMRAD requires solutions that support cross-Trust working, including network-wide reporting, image sharing and workflow, with integration and interoperability across Trust boundaries alongside Trust-specific requirements. The anticipated scope includes, but is not limited to: - PACS, including image storage and archiving, viewing and reporting; - RIS, including referral management, vetting, scheduling, workflow and reporting; - integration and interoperability with each Trust's clinical and administrative systems, including the Trusts' electronic patient record, and across the network; - data migration from the current platforms and archives; - network wide data access, auditing and analytics; - implementation, training, support and maintenance; and - service and performance reporting at both Trust and network level. EMRAD is also considering whether imaging outside radiology, such as cardiology, digital pathology and point-of-care ultrasound, should be included in scope or interfaced with the new platforms. The specification is being developed with clinical, technical and operational staff from all 8 Trusts. This engagement will test the draft requirements with the market and inform EMRAD's procurement strategy. The route to market and contractual structure have not yet been decided. Scope summary Equipment The service will include the purchasing/financing, installation and maintenance of equipment and materials within scope of the contract. The service will include the procurement and installation of diagnostic/radiotherapeutic equipment and clinical robots, together with the procurement of contrast media to meet clinical demand, including all ancillary equipment and software required to ensure systems are operational and fit for purpose. The Service Provider will also be responsible for the purchase, supply, maintenance and replacement of specified consumables and medical devices required for operation of the equipment, including monitoring and maintaining stock levels, stock rotation, usage analysis/reporting and proactive prevention of wastage and expiry. The Service Provider will be required to employ and train sufficient inventory control staff and manage any third-party involvement associated with delivery of the service. Equipment within scope includes imaging, catheter labs, hybrid theatre, mammography, radiotherapy and pharmacy robots. Regular software upgrades will also be required. Consumables The Service Provider will be responsible for the provision, procurement, maintenance and replacement of specified consumables required to meet clinical demand within the scope of the contract. This includes, but is not limited to, implantable cardiac valves and devices such as TAVI valves, TEER clips, pacemakers and defibrillators, as well as guide wires, stents, mapping and ablation catheters. The Service Provider must ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times to support emergency and routine activity, taking account of market conditions, lead times and any supply chain risks. The Service Provider will be required to liaise with the Trust in relation to the purchase, supply, maintenance and replacement of specified consumables required for operation of the equipment. This will include monitoring and maintaining stock levels, stock rotation, usage analysis and reporting, and proactive prevention of wastage and expiry. The Service Provider must employ and train sufficient inventory control staff and manage any third-party involvement required to deliver these obligations. All consumables and devices must meet applicable legal, clinical and regulatory requirements, together with relevant best practice guidance, including product traceability legislation relating to implantable medical devices. The Service Provider will also be required to source tariff-excluded devices via NHS Supply Chain under the NHS England Specialised Services Devices Programme (SSDP), formerly HCTED, where applicable. This requirement applies to any relevant devices produced by the Service Provider, associated companies and/or third parties. The Trust requires transparent pricing, supported by competitive market analysis, stock management information and usage analysis, to provide assurance of value for money when procuring stock on behalf of the Trust. The Service Provider should explain how it will secure best value for the Trust and leverage its market position to maximise economies of scale. General The Trust requires a vendor-independent solution based on clinical choice by the Trust within the parameters of any agreed contract. The Service Provider will be responsible for lifecycle management, ensuring the Trust has access to the latest medical technologies without the burden of capital investment. Estates enabling works for replacement equipment are excluded from the scope. The Trust reserves the right to introduce new technology, equipment and consumables where it has been involved in their development, in collaboration with the Service Provider. The Trust considers that a Managed Equipment Service can provide a cost-effective route to accessing the latest technology, improving patient care and efficiency while supporting ongoing maintenance and financial cost improvement.

West Northamptonshire Council intends to award a contract for the provision of the National Dental Epidemiology Programme (NDEP) Oral Health Survey in accordance with national survey protocols. The service will include the planning, coordination, delivery and reporting of epidemiological surveys of oral health across West Northamptonshire.
