The areas that PVP would like external support with are as follows: 1) Supervisor reviews - these must be undertaken with a suitably experienced and qualified person; previous PIP2 supervisory experience is essential. 2) Making contact with Victims and completing a Victim needs Assessment (VNA) 3) The candidates for this must be able to read and digest an officer's enquiry log and determine how the case is progressing, pulling pertinent points from the case file and sharing updates in a calm and empathetic manner. We require candidates with policing or Criminal Justice System (CJS) experience who can listen and inform victims of police and CJS process 4) File building - The candidates must have suitable skills in case building in a police setting, an understanding of disclosure rules and working with CPS. 5) Statement taking - The candidates must have prior skills in recording formal MG11 statement from victims and witnesses, with preferable skills in remote undertaking of statements. 6) Evidence review (digital etc) - Prior policing or CJS experience is required with PIP2 experience being helpful. Candidates must be able to work methodically through complex data sets to determine what may be deemed evidential to the investigation or be deemed disclosable to the defence. 7 Co-ordination 7.1 The Contracting Authority would be receptive to the appointment of a senior resource within the team. The appointed individual shall act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the team and be responsible for coordinating work activities in accordance with requests received from the local Detective Inspector (DI). The individual shall demonstrate the capability to supervise a small team, manage work activities in a structured and methodical manner, and prioritise workload based on risk and operational demand. The Service Provider shall ensure that appropriate quality assurance (QA) processes are embedded within the service delivery model to minimise rework and avoid creating additional workload for DIs. 7.2 The Service Provider shall provide a dedicated team capable of operating in a largely self-sufficient manner and accepting tasking directly, subject to the formal adoption of agreed processes. The allocation of individual resources on an ad hoc basis shall not be the Contracting Authority's preferred delivery model. 7.3 The Contracting Authority considers that an effective team structure may comprise one (1) Supervisor and five (5) Practitioners, subject to the experience, capability, and competency of the resources provided

Following positive market feedback and strong interest expressed during engagement activities for SCAPE's next generation Construction Works and Services Framework, SCAPE is considering establishing a new framework for the provision of construction works and services within complex environments, including but not limited to the Defence sector, across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. SCAPE will continue to undertake market engagement activities to inform the development of the framework ahead of submitting a Tender Notice. This notice is not an invitation for formal expressions of interest. The purpose of this notice is to provide details on SCAPE's pre-market engagement activities in support of the upcoming procurement of a Defence and Complex Environments Framework for construction works and services. This framework is envisaged to include the following Lots: Lot 1 - Lot capacity of £500m for call-offs between £0 to £15m, UK wide. Lot 2 - Lot capacity of £8bn for call-offs between £10m to £8bn, UK wide. SCAPE currently anticipates establishing a multi-party framework with six (6) suppliers (3 on each Lot). The annual turnover requirement for each supplier (including their Associated suppliers) is anticipated to be: Lot 1 - £10m per annum. Lot 2 - £150m per annum. The Police and Crime Commissioner for Derbyshire (PCC) with Derby City Council are looking to commission a provider/s to deliver high-quality, effective domestic abuse support services for victims and survivors of all ages and genders across all levels of risk (standard, medium and high). Services must be accessible, trauma-informed and work to improve the safety of victims, supporting them to recover and move forward with their lives. Services will cover Derby City only. This service will be mobilised in two phases. Phase 1, the standard/ medium risk service, is expected to mobilise from 1 April 2027. Phase 2, for the high risk IDVA service, is expected to commence from 1 October 2027. The initial contract period will be until March 2029 with a further option of three 12-month extensions. This engagement is being undertaken to explore ideas and seek information through responses from stakeholders to: • Ensure any future services are well designed, effective and safe, delivering value for money and achieving desired outcomes • Explore options for service model delivery • Consider the advantages and disadvantages of two commissioning options • Make the best use of the combined domestic abuse support budget to best meet the needs of victims and survivors Information provided through this engagement will enable the PCC to: • Better understand the solutions, models and services to inform service design and specification development • Explore different delivery options and tender approaches • Determine the most effective way to deliver services to meet the needs of Derby city residents affected by domestic abuse.

Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service are undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) to seek information from suitably qualified Turnout Solution providers for Fire Stations. A turnout solution is a smart automation system that manages a fire station when a 999 call comes in. It instantly triggers station alarms, turns on lights, opens garage doors, and provides incident details to firefighters so they can leave the station as fast and safely as possible. Derbyshire Constabulary intend to procure an Employers Independent Domestic Violence Advocate Service which will sit within the Professional Standards Department. This Preliminary Market Engagement will enable key stakeholders to create a business case. The service will provide an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) response to give direct support to individuals employed by Derbyshire Constabulary and enduring domestic abuse. Amongst other things, the IDVA will provide confidential, practical, and impartial advice on issues relating to domestic abuse, child matters, safety, housing, legal options and financial support. Where an individual is referred to MARAC, the IDVA will either seek consent to make a referral to the local IDVA who will attend MARAC, or the IDVA will attend MARAC. The IDVA will also discuss and go through the support options available at Derbyshire Constabulary and will liaise directly with line managers and HR to agree an action plan to support employees. The expected referral rate within Derbyshire is 10-20 referrals per annum. If the business case is approved, a compliant procurement route will be taken at the point of purchase.

Derbyshire Constabulary intend to procure a Structured Professional Support Services which will sit within the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Department. This Preliminary Market Engagement will enable key stakeholders to create a business case. The service will need to be provided onsite predominantly at our Force Headquarters in Ripley, Derbyshire. The service is a confidential service which will be accessed by Police Officers and Police Staff employed by Derbyshire Constabulary. If the business case is approved, a compliant procurement route will be taken at the point of purchase.
