Rail Advertising and Ticket Gate Advertising Concession South Western Railway Ltd intends to procure a commercial advertising concession under which a supplier will market, sell and manage paid advertising across on‑train media and station ticket gate media on behalf of South Western Railway Ltd. The appointed supplier will secure advertisers, manage sales activity, collect advertising revenue and provide management information, sharing revenue with South Western Railway Ltd under an agreed commercial model. The new concession is expected to protect an established revenue baseline while placing greater emphasis on incremental revenue growth, innovation and performance. South Western Railway Ltd services and stations included in this concession extend widely across South West London, Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Devon including Guildford, Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Southampton, Salisbury, Bournemouth, Weymouth and Exeter. The anticipated high level supplier requirements are as follows, however are subject to change following premarket engagement: Fulfil on‑train commercial advertising space across a variety of formats within the South Western Railway Ltd fleet; including approx. 16,000 interior advertising spaces of mixed sizes across around 325 train sets, with 1,250 landscape format digital screens expected launch during 2026; other formats may be agreed during the current or future contracts. YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Training Solutions for The Emergency Services and Wider Public Sector. The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO's internal requirements and any of YPO's wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies. The end customer will place the order/s with the Provider and the Provider will deliver direct to the end customer. The DPS will cover the period from 10 April 2020 to 31 March 2022 with two options to extend for an additional 24 months. The Authority has a requirement to place a contract with a recruitment agency for the provision of specialist instructional and administrative personnel to support the delivery of aeronautical engineering technical training at RAF Cosford, as required on a temporary basis. The Authority will require the successful supplier to provide CVs for suitably qualified personnel on request and they must be able to do so at short notice to meet the dynamic nature of defence training. The City of London Corporation is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement in relation to the proposed construction of a new Police Training Facility (PTF) at Hindmans Way, Dagenham Docks, London. The proposals comprise a two-storey tactical firearms training facility of approximately 4,016m² GIA, including a 50m range with 12 aisles, stores, plant rooms, loading area and associated ancillary hub building. The hub building will support the range and include locker/shower rooms, breakout space, meeting rooms, classrooms and offices. There is no armoury or secure ammunition store proposed. The project also includes a separate two-storey skills training house for non-live fire training, an external training roadway including a roundabout, associated parking including EV spaces, and a proposed substation. The facility is intended to provide firearms training for both the City of London Police and Essex Police.

This is a second market engagement RFI to gain further insight into the views and opinions of potential providers. The National Audit Office (NAO) is the UK’s independent public spending watchdog, supporting Parliament in holding government to account and improving public services through high-quality audit work. The NAO intends to re-procure its Professional Accountancy and Apprenticeship Training contract to support tuition delivery for graduate and school-leaver trainees undertaking ICAEW qualifications, including ACA examinations. The procurement is expected to launch in late autumn 2026. The NAO is seeking an experienced, accredited training provider to deliver professional accountancy tuition and apprenticeship training for the following expected routes: •Level 6 Digital Financial Audit apprenticeships for graduates and school leavers, delivered over 48 months. This route combines the 12-month Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB) with a 36-month Level 6 applied degree apprenticeship in Digital Technology; and •Level 7 Accountancy Professional apprenticeships for eligible school leavers, delivered over 54 months. •ACA Professional qualification route for eligible graduates, delivered over 36 months. The new procurement is expected to cover Level 6 and Level 7 apprenticeship training only. While Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician apprenticeships are currently delivered under the NAO's existing arrangements and will continue with the incumbent supplier, they are not intended to form part of the new procurement. The contract may include scope for the NAO to introduce, offer or develop additional related apprenticeship routes or qualification programmes at different levels during the term, subject to business need, funding availability and agreement with the appointed provider. The estimated total value of the new procurement is up to £6 million (inclusive of VAT) over a five-year term. Although Level 4 delivery is not intended to form part of this new procurement, the estimated value has been set to accommodate the anticipated Level 6 and Level 7 apprenticeship routes, potential changes in demand, and the possible introduction of additional apprenticeship pathways, qualification programmes, or related services during the contract term. The MEDEVAC capability is defined as a platform fitted for role that can move patients with concurrent support from a clinician from Point of Injury (POI) to Point of Treatment (POT). The Authority will provide a clinician for the aviation MEDEVAC and then conduct a handover/takeover of the patient at the nearest POT landing site to the Contractor provided clinician for the ground MEDEVAC transfer. This is in order to develop and maintain timely hospital transfers of exercising troops, BATUK staff and their dependents. This requirement is enduring whilst permanent staff and dependents are based in BATUK irrespective of training taking place. The requirement is made up of two rotary wing platforms, one covering the Nanyuki area 24/7/365 and the other covering areas for the duration of the exercise 24/7 either in Archers Post Training Areas or Nanyuki dependent on where it is taking place. The service includes ground ambulance transfer complete with trained medical clinicians upon meeting the rotary wing platform in Nairobi or the transfer of patients from Kifaru Barracks in Nairobi to the approved treatment facility. Additionally, the service will respond to any road traffic incidents and transfer casualties from hospital to the designated airport for flight back to the UK if required.
