Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) seeks to commission an organisation to deliver a rolling programme of face-to-face Clinical Assessment Skills (CAS) training for both novice and existing workforce qualified IPs, irrespective of sector of practice. This requirement is split into three lots: Lot 1 - North Wales Lot 2 - South East Wales Lot 3 - South West Wales The commissioned provider will deliver a rolling programme of between 3-4 full days per region CAS sessions per year across 3–4 key clinical areas, with one session per clinical topic delivered in each geographical region. Each session will accommodate up to a maximum of 15 learners with a minimum of 8 learners attending to run a session. HEIW reserve the right to cancel any planned events with less than 8 learners registered, 7-10 days prior to the session date.

NWSSP on behalf of WAST requires suitably qualified and accredited C1 driver training providers to deliver training and testing services to a variable cohort of learners. Training will be required for approximately 73 students and must be completed by 31st March 2027. As the learners are located across Wales, the contract will be awarded to a maximum of four suppliers to ensure students have access to a provider that is geographically convenient. Providers must be capable of delivering flexible training packages tailored to individual learner needs. This includes practical driver training, theory support where required, and the arrangement and facilitation of driving tests. Providers will be expected to demonstrate consistently high-quality service delivery, together with the ability to support learners with varying levels of driving experience and differing support requirements. The provision of mediation training, accrediation and supervision, along with external mediation services

NHS England is seeking to commission a provider to deliver anti-stigma training in 61 trusts. Initial contract term is 24 months with the option to extend for a period of 12 months. Maximum financial envelope for the initial term is £600,00 ex VAT. Total value for the full contract term in extensions is £900,000 ex vat. The University of Greenwich and the University of Kent successfully completed their merger on 3 August 2026, to create the new London and South East University Group - to be known as LASE. LASE is seeking to award a Framework Agreement to a suitably qualified Training Provider to provide additional resource, as and when required, to deliver mandatory Moving and Handling, Resuscitation / Basic Life Support (BSL), Safeguarding Adults and Children, Conflict Resolution, and Breakaway Training for students enrolled on health care programmes. Cadaveric and Simulation training for trainees in the East of England Region

NHS England's Workforce, Training and Education Directorate sets out a suite of Education and Training programmes which are supported financially by NHS England as a corporate body. This is a wide ranging list of programmes covering most professional groups. This procurement is for one of the programmes within this education and training offer. The overall Procurement is titled as Healthcare Science - Scientists Training Programme (STP) and Echocardiography Training Programme (ETP), and will include a review of the current provision, including rationalisation of the current programmes, and identification of new, aligned programmes. The current programmes under review for this reprocurement are: HCS Echocardiography Training Programme (ETP), HCS Scientists Training Programme (STP). In 2026, NLFT acquired the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust via merger, including its globally recognized education and training arm, Tavistock Education and Training (TET). TET offers a range of trainings in mental health and social care, including 20 postgraduate programmes validated by university partners and a population of some 1400 students and 3000 learners annually. While TET represents a major strategic asset with a significant international reputation, it currently faces a material sustainability challenge due to a change in the core funding from NHSE. This requires TET to review its offer, both to students and the NHS, and to become more financially independent and sustainable in the long-term.

The MEDEVAC capability is defined as a platform fitted for role that can move patients with concurrent support from a clinician from Point of Injury (POI) to Point of Treatment (POT). The Authority will provide a clinician for the aviation MEDEVAC and then conduct a handover/takeover of the patient at the nearest POT landing site to the Contractor provided clinician for the ground MEDEVAC transfer. This is in order to develop and maintain timely hospital transfers of exercising troops, BATUK staff and their dependents. This requirement is enduring whilst permanent staff and dependents are based in BATUK irrespective of training taking place. The requirement is made up of two rotary wing platforms, one covering the Nanyuki area 24/7/365 and the other covering areas for the duration of the exercise 24/7 either in Archers Post Training Areas or Nanyuki dependent on where it is taking place. The service includes ground ambulance transfer complete with trained medical clinicians upon meeting the rotary wing platform in Nairobi or the transfer of patients from Kifaru Barracks in Nairobi to the approved treatment facility. Additionally, the service will respond to any road traffic incidents and transfer casualties from hospital to the designated airport for flight back to the UK if required.
