The Education Training Collective (ETC) is a partnership of Further Education Colleges and Independent Training Providers operating across the North-East of England. ETC is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide PPE for staff and student use and to the require Health and Safety standard expected of a vocational environment.

NEAS is seeking to procure a Virtual Reality (VR) training and exercising platform to support the delivery of high-quality, immersive training in the application of Ten Second Triage during major incidents, mass casualty events, and complex emergency responses. The Trust requires a scalable and realistic solution capable of supporting frontline operational staff, clinical personnel, tactical commanders, resilience personnel, and students in the assessment, categorisation, and management of casualties during the earliest stages of a major incident response. The solution should provide an engaging and repeatable training environment that supports the development of competence, confidence, decision-making and situational awareness while reducing the operational burden associated with live exercises. The Trust is seeking a supplier capable of delivering an established, supported and evidence-based solution that can be integrated into the organisation's wider EPRR training and exercising programme.

Middlesbrough Council requires a qualified and experienced training provider to deliver comprehensive First Aid training across all relevant service areas. The provision will include accredited courses such as Emergency First Aid at Work, First Aid at Work (initial and refresher), Paediatric First Aid, and any specialist modules required to meet statutory and operational needs. The supplier must be able to provide: • Consistent availability to meet demand across the year • Accredited training aligned to current Health & Safety Executive (HSE) standards • Digital or physical certification and training records • High quality instruction suitable for a diverse workforce • Performance reporting, attendance data, and compliance support This procurement aims to ensure staff maintain the mandatory competencies necessary to support a safe working environment and regulatory compliance across all operational settings.

This is a revised version of the tender ETCP-2026-0038. Following evaluation of the tender responses, it has become apparent that the original Teams Telephony specification requires significant revision to ensure that the proposed solution meets the College’s operational and user requirements. The original specification identified 350 direct dial users and was primarily focused on users requiring dedicated telephony functionality. Further consideration during the evaluation process has identified a requirement to extend Teams telephony functionality to a wider user base, with approximately 700 users requiring access to telephony functionality. Due to this change and increased scope we felt the appropriate action was to terminate the previous tender and launch a revised version, this tender is the revised version.

Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Training for the Sunderland Public Health Capacity Building Programme The DPS will operate solely by competition. Contractors seeking to participate in the DPS must submit a Participation Request; this will include a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and all supporting documents. Contractors seeking to participate in the DPS have 2 options: Option 1 - Contractors can submit a Participation Request at initial creation of the DPS. Option 2 - Contractors can submit a Participation Request following initial creation of the DPS and/or at any time throughout its duration. The number of contractors submitting a Participation Request and the number of contractors approved to participate in the DPS will not be limited.

Nexus are looking for a training provider to deliver NEC4 Contract management training. A supplier is required to deliver a certified structured NEC4 training programme comprising a minimum of eight in-person training sessions at Nexus locations across Tyne and Wear over an initial three-year contract period. The supplier will be expected to work collaboratively with Nexus to develop training content and delivery schedules that align with organisational requirements and support the continued development of staff involved in procurement, project management and contract administration activities. To enhance the knowledge, skills and capability of Nexus' Major Projects and Procurement teams through the delivery of NEC4 contract management training, enabling employees to effectively procure, administer and manage NEC4 contracts, support best practice project delivery, and ensure the successful management of future infrastructure and capital investment programmes. The aim of this project is to improve the NEC4 contract management capability of Nexus' Major Projects and Procurement teams through the provision of specialist training, creating a knowledgeable and competent workforce capable of effectively procuring, administering and managing NEC4 contracts. Nexus delivers a range of infrastructure, asset renewal and capital investment projects and is seeking to further develop internal capability in the use of NEC4 contracts. There is a requirement to provide structured, practical training that supports both project management and procurement professionals, ensuring a consistent understanding of NEC4 principles, responsibilities and best practice across the organisation. The training programme will support the following objectives: 1. Develop NEC4 contract management knowledge and competency across Nexus' Major Projects and Procurement teams. 2. Improve understanding of NEC4 contract principles, processes and responsibilities throughout the contract lifecycle. 3. Ensure employees are equipped to effectively procure, administer and manage NEC4 contracts. 4. Promote best practice in contract management, risk management and collaborative working. 5. Provide practical, scenario-based learning that can be applied to live projects and procurement activities. 6. Support the successful delivery of Nexus' capital investment, infrastructure and major project programmes. 7. Establish a consistent approach to NEC4 contract management across the organisation. 8. Deliver a minimum of eight in-person training sessions over the contract term. Chiltern Railways is undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to the potential replacement of its existing Train Planning and front-line staff Rostering solutions. The engagement is intended to test whether Chiltern Railways' draft requirements are clear, complete and feasible within the current market, and to identify any requirements that suppliers consider should be amended, clarified, added or removed. Chiltern Railways is also seeking non-binding indicative five-year pricing, including details of supplier pricing models, key cost components, assumptions and factors that may materially affect the overall cost. This information will be used to inform the expected contract value and internal budget for any future procurement. This preliminary market engagement does not constitute a call for competition or a commitment by Chiltern Railways to undertake a procurement.
