This procurement covers the provision of security services at Umoja House, the British High Commission (BHC) Staff Residences in Dar es Salaam, and the BHC Office in Dodoma, Tanzania. The services will be required for a period of 3 years with an option to renew for 12 + 12 months subject to satisfactory performance of the service provider.

The contract will cover term-time student accommodation, winter shutdown periods, and summer guest and conference accommodation. The successful contractor will deliver a professional, reliable, and customer focused service with appropriately trained and vetted security personnel that supports the safety, security, and welfare of residents and guests while working collaboratively with RBS staff and the RBS Security & Response Team.
