LSHTM has the following requirement for the provision of Security Systems maintenance (Access Control, CCTV, Intercom and Intruder Detection Systems) across its two main sites in central London. The contractor shall provide comprehensive maintenance, support, and improvement recommendations for the School’s existing security infrastructure. Nottingham Trent University Estates Department is seeking tenders for the provision of Security Equipment Repairs, Maintenance & Minor Installations as and when required across the following campus locations; City (NG1), Confetti College (NG1), Clifton (NG11), Brackenhurst (NG25) and Mansfield University Centre (NG18).

The competition is being run by Birmingham Solihull Procurement Collaborative on behalf of Birmingham Mental Health Learning Disability and Autism Provider Collaborative.<br/><br/>Reach Out (RO) is the West Midland’s Adult Secure Provider Collaborative and provides the oversight and quality assurance for specialised mental health services across the region for medium and low secure adult inpatient services for mental illness, learning disabilities and autism, and specialist community forensic teams for mental illness.<br/>The aim is to commission 15 medium secure beds and 30 low secure beds, within the West Midlands region, preferably on a single site. These are expected to be a mixture of acute and rehab beds based on demand in keeping with patient’s best interests.<br/><br/>The Expected service commencement date is 1st of April 2027 and the duration of this contract will be 3 years, plus 2 x 1 year extensions.

The University of St Andrews' Residential & Business Services (RBS) team invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced security companies for the provision of security services across its residential accommodation portfolio. The contract will cover term-time student accommodation, winter shutdown periods, and summer guest and conference accommodation. The successful contractor will deliver a professional, reliable, and customer focused service with appropriately trained and vetted security personnel that supports the safety, security, and welfare of residents and guests while working collaboratively with RBS staff and the RBS Security & Response Team.
