Coventry and Warwickshire Pathology Service (“CWPS”) is a managed network of pathology laboratories hosted by University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust (UHCW). Laboratory services are provided by laboratories at University Hospital, Coventry; Warwick Hospital, Warwick; and George Eliot Hospital, Nuneaton.

East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EMAS) intends to establish a Dynamic Market for the provision of Taxi Support Services to East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust. Whilst EMAS undertakes the vast majority of journeys via in-house team, there is a need for extra demand in the system to cover NEPTS journeys for the Trust. The intention is to setup a Dynamic Market with separate lots, for taxi providers providing necessary service within that area. This will include transporting of patients to and from hospital for routine appointments, short term adhoc journeys, and other journeys may be required. The Dynamic Market is anticipated to begin from 01 April 2026 and run for 4 years until 31 March 2030, with suppliers being awarded into the following Lot Structure - Lot 1 covers NEPTS LINCOLNSHIRE Region (area to which East Midlands Ambulance Service currently provides this services). - Lot 2 covering NEPTS NORTHAMPTIONSHIRE region - Lot 3 covering NEPTS DERBYSHIRE region The establishment of the Dynamic Market is Stage 1 of the process, which will create the supplier list within each lot. Stage 2 will see the Trust carry out a tender via the Competitive Flexible Procedure, against the suppliers in that lot at the time. Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust/Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for the purpose of engaging with the market in order to inform the further development of draft proposals for STCH Transport Services Framework. The intention is to establish a Framework Agreement comprising two indicative Lots: • Lot 1 – General Taxi Services: Provision of non-emergency passenger transport for staff, patients and other authorised users, including ad hoc, prebooked and urgent journeys. • Lot 2 – Blood Bank Transportation Services: Provision of time critical transport for blood samples, blood components, blood products and other authorised laboratory materials between Trust sites and external partners.

Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust has a potential future requirement to establish a Dynamic Market for the provision of Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS). The Dynamic Market will be used to appoint suitably qualified transport providers capable of delivering safe, reliable and patient-focused transport services across Wales. Services may include, but are not limited to, planned patient transport, discharge transport, specialist transport requirements and other associated non-emergency transport services as required by the Trust. The purpose of the Dynamic Market is to provide the Trust with a flexible and compliant route to market for future NEPTS requirements, enabling suitably qualified providers to apply for admission to the market during its term, subject to meeting the relevant conditions for participation.
