The Council recognise that some young people may need to live in Supported Accommodation and we will strive for them to be placed as close to home as possible where their needs can be best met and where they can feel safe and supported within their accommodation, build resilience and are able to maintain good mental health and wellbeing, and transition successfully into adulthood and are able to live independently. The Council has a statutory duty under the Children Act 1989 to assess the needs of homeless Lincolnshire 16-17 year olds , including Children in Care (CiC), and ensure they are accommodated appropriately. Following a service review, the Council seek to commission Supported Accommodation for this cohort, the contracts for which will be in place from 1st April 2027 for a period of up to 5 years: Lot 1: Lincolnshire Youth Housing Service - 44 units of self-contained accommodation in 3 locations (Boston, Grantham and Lincoln) including 4 units of solo accommodation for more complex young people) - indicative total value over 5 years of £13.57m (inc VAT) Lot 2: Supported Accommodation - 4 units of solo occupancy supported accommodation - indicative total value over 5 years of £4.67m (inc VAT) Lot 3: Supported Accommodation - 4 units of solo occupancy supported accommodation - indicative total value over 5 years of £4.67m (inc VAT) Suppliers are able to tender for all relevant Lots if appropriate, and will be part of a wider range of Supported Accommodation that includes the Council's in-house provisions and individually commissioned solo Independent Supported Accommodation placements. All Suppliers wishing to tender must be registered with Ofsted as a Supported Accommodation provider in accordance with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023. Subject to evaluation, and following the required standstill period, it is anticipated that final tender award will be confirmed in July 2026 - this will offer an adequate implementation period for the successful supplier(s) in advance of the contract(s) start date on 1st April 2027. Following feedback from pre-market engagement, the Council reserves the right to extend the start date for Lot 3 to up to 1st October 2027. Notwithstanding this, all Lots will have a maximum end date of 31st March 2032. The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is intending to procure new employment support provision for out of work Universal Credit claimants. It will provide personalised and tailored support that is responsive to the needs of individuals and the local area. This will include skills, training and work experience; matching participants with employers through job trials, jobs fairs and job brokering; support with self-employment; intensive and repeated support with applications and interviewing; support in managing health conditions in the workplace; support with travel and childcare; and specialist support (e.g. ESOL, addiction). Support will be available across England and Wales and will be integrated within local labour markets. DWP is co-designing the provision with Mayoral Strategic Authorities to ensure it is tailored to the needs of local labour markets. This notice refers to the procurement of the service in England only. This notice seeks to invite interested suppliers to attend an upcoming virtual Market Engagement event on the 2nd June. Bradford Children & Families Trust (BCFT) intends to procure a new Open Framework Agreement for the provision of Supported Accommodation and Support Services for vulnerable young people aged 16 to 25, including looked-after children, care leavers, and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC). The proposed Framework will support the delivery of a wide range of accommodation models and associated support designed to promote independence, improve outcomes, and reduce off-framework placements. BCFT seeks to work with providers who can demonstrate continuous improvement in delivering value for money by adopting efficient and innovative approaches to meet the needs of children and young people. Providers must be able to deliver services in accordance with the Children Act 1989, the Care Leavers (England) Regulations 2010, and the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, among other statutory requirements. The will consist of 5 Lots, which are as follows: Lot 2: Single Occupancy / Supported Tenancy, Lot 3: Specialist UASC Accommodation (Shared & Single), Lot 4: Emergency and Crisis Accommodation, Lot 5: Supported Accommodation in Private Residence (Supported Lodgings), and Lot 6: Outreach and Floating Support. The Framework will commence from 1st December 2026, for a period of up to 8 years.

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority will commission a single contractor (which may be a consortium) to plan, mobilise and deliver high‑fidelity supported employment across Liverpool City Region. This support will conform to the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) and contribute to the Liverpool City Region's delivery of Connect to Work by: • Delivering a place, train and maintain supported employment service across Liverpool City Region, following the SEQF five -stage model • Building place‑based capacity to achieve the programme's aims and objectives. • Engaging and working with employers to adopt inclusive recruitment practices and make reasonable workplace adjustments. • Contributing to efforts to reduce economic inactivity and support residents with disabilities and/or health conditions into sustained, good‑quality employment. • Identifying and working collaboratively with other organisations that deliver services of benefit to participants. • Contributing to Liverpool City Region Combined Authority's work with research partners to better understand the impact of supported employment practices for people with disabilities and/or health conditions. Southwark Council is looking to procure a Security service to ensure building and occupant safety across 5 supported hostels in the borough: Manor Place, Jo Richards House, David Barker House, Northcott House and Keyworth Street Hostel. Support is given in a range of complex support needs from domestic violence, substance misuse, mental health and offending. The full scope of the services to be provided is set out in the Specification issued within the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document. However, the focus of the Service is on providing out-of-hours security cover at the supported hostels with Security staff primarily responsible for ensuring that the building and occupants are safe and secure. Hours of service are as follows: a. Monday to Friday 20:0 to 08:0 (Daily) b. Saturday & Sunday 08:0 - 08:0 (Monday) - Please note 24-hour cover at weekends c. Public Holidays 08:0 - 08:0 (the following working day) - Please note 24-hour cover A minimum of two officers to be deployed at each hostel at any one time. The Homelessness Supported Accommodation Services (HSAS) project is a recommissioning and commissioning programme to deliver accommodation-based, housing-related support services across a portfolio of supported housing schemes in Cornwall. The contract will bring together a number of existing commissioned services and new provision into a single, consistent commissioning approach, structured through multiple Lots aligned by geography, client cohort and service type. Services will be delivered by specialist providers and will support adults aged 18+ (including young people aged 18–25 and care-experienced individuals) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and require structured support to access, sustain and move on from accommodation. HSAS will provide trauma-informed, person-centred support within supported accommodation settings, focused on tenancy preparation, stabilisation, safety and wellbeing, and progression into independent living. The service model will combine individual accommodation-based support with group-based interventions, alongside coordinated multi-agency working. The procurement seeks to: - Ensure continuity of supported accommodation support services from April 2027; - Improve consistency, quality and outcomes across the portfolio; - Reduce repeat homelessness and rough sleeping; - Reduce reliance on temporary and emergency accommodation; and - Deliver value for money through a streamlined, outcomes-focused commissioning approach. Contracts are expected to commence on 1 April 2027 for an initial period of two years, with options to extend (2 + 3 + 3 years), subject to performance and funding availability. The programme is funded through central government grant funding for homelessness, rough sleeping and supported housing.

As a large, specialised acute teaching trust, UHS manages a diverse and complex imaging estate including MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, Echo, Angiography, and Fluoroscopy supporting 24/7 clinical pathways. Purpose of the Engagement This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is a critical step in developing the Trust's Business Case. Space portfolio and ISTARI Industry Day – Monday 29th June This industry day will be delivering an update on the National Armament Directive’s (NAD’s) Space portfolio landscape, providing an overview of the planned work and developments within the organisation’s purview across all Space Capabilities. The day will also specifically focus on ISTARI (Space Based Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance) Industry Day and include a briefing from the Authority to Industry, aimed at providing an up-to-date report on the scope, vision and context status for the Ministry of Defence’s (MoD’s) ISTARI programme. ISTARI is the overarching programme initiated to deliver the UK’s Space Based – Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (SB-ISR) end-to-end requirements. ISTARI will cohere, integrate and adopt various Operational Concept Demonstrators (OCDs) to deliver an ‘in-service’ ISR capability under one programme, delivering UK sovereign, Defence-controlled, continual, resilient, timely, pervasive, and flexible observations across the globe, augmenting capabilities owned and developed by key allies. Following previous briefings and announcements, this Industry Day will endeavour to contextualise the Authority’s requirements and objectives in the aftermath of the Strategic Defence Review (SDR), creating a forum in which to collaborate and engage on various aspects of ISTARI, offering valuable insight and an opportunity to introduce or reacquaint yourselves with the various stakeholders aligned to this programme. LOT 1 Home and Community Based Outreach Support Services:delivering personalised support both in the family home and enabling disabled children to access their local community, facilities and services. This includes support to access and use universal services offered to all children and young people. LOT 2 Specialist Outreach Support: Offer a structured program of social, recreational, and developmental activities suitable for children with a wide range of disabilities, including severe learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities. Provide specialist support for children with complex health needs, including those, mobility assistance, increased supervision and monitoring, or behavior management strategies . Lot 3 Group Based Support:- group activities will include age appropriate social activities that will take place either within specially designed provision for disabled children and/or through outings and support to access universal activities, facilities and services. This will include Holiday Play Schemes, Weekend activities and After School/Evening activities. LOT 4 Domiciliary Care - services delivering personal care for disabled children in their own homes. These activities will support disabled children to get ready for their day ahead or preparing for bed. LOT 5 Overnights - overnight services for disabled children delivered at any point in a suitable residential-style setting within easy access of children and their parents living in the London Borough of Hackney. This provision will require providers who have an existing Ofsted registration for overnight short breaks and already have registered properties. Overall, we are looking for providers who will work in partnership with the Local Authority to embed Systemic, Trauma Informed and Anti Racist Practice within their service delivery, promoting psychological safety, inclusion and collaboration with children and families. Through this framework, Hackney is focused on driving up quality and improving outcomes, supported by robust contract management, performance monitoring and reporting. This approach will strengthen accountability, support continuous improvement and ensure measurable impact in line with Hackney's statutory duties under the Children Act 1989, Children and Families Act 2014 and Equality Act 2010. The London Borough of Hounslow intends to commence a procurement process for the provision of Adults Supported Living Services for individuals with a learning disability and/or autistic people. The proposed procurement will cover services across twelve supported living schemes, delivering care and support to approximately 69 adult residents with a range of needs, including individuals with complex and changing requirements. The Council is seeking to commission high-quality, person-centred services that promote independence, choice and control, and support positive outcomes for residents within a supported living model. To inform the development of the procurement strategy and service model, the Council will be undertaking preliminary market engagement with potential providers. An online market engagement event will be held on 8 June, providing an opportunity for providers to: Gain insight into the Council's commissioning intentions and proposed service model Understand the scope and scale of the opportunity Contribute to shaping the procurement approach Ask questions and provide feedback Suppliers interested in attending the market engagement event or receiving further information are invited to express their interest by contacting the Council. Consideration for appointment to the framework will be given to domiciliary care providers that are registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) who are delivering, or intend to deliver, supported living services across North Wales, including children, young people or adults living in their own homes.

The tender will be split into separate lots, those submitting bids, can bid on individual lots, all lots and can also submit a bid against lot/s as a joint venture. Any joint submissions must clearly define which operator is doing what. No sub-contracting is permitted once relevant contract has been awarded. An overview is provided below of all the requirements and how the bids will be divided into sections. The lots have been divided into 7 categories: - Lot 1 - Passenger Diversions (80x and Night Riviera (cl.57 and Mk3 coaches)) and associated Empty Coaching Stock (ECS) moves to/from LNP via WLL, via GWML & South West Sidings (SWS), and Reading Train Care Depot (RTCD). - Lot 2 - Electric/hybrid loco plus Driver (with 1000v Electric Train Supply (ETS)) - Lot 3 - London North Pole 387s/Heathrow Express (HEx) units - Lot 4 - Fairwater Yard - Didcot Railway Centre - Lot 5 - South Marston and High Output Operations Base (HOOB) (if required) - Lot 6 - Didcot Railway Centre (DRC) - Lot 7 - Reading Upper Triangle To have a pool of trained Drivers and PICs to deliver GWR passenger diversions and GWR Depot Strategy when required. There will be a requirement to maintain competency, for Drivers and PICs on all applicable routes, traction and locations. A variation will then be issued for each possession where there is a requirement for Depot Strategy (only applicable locations) and/or passenger diversions and for what duration.
