We’re looking for a trusted partner to be appointed as our retained tax advisors for direct and indirect taxes for Thirteen Housing Group and its subsidiaries. You may be asked to undertake Ad-Hoc project work at Thirteens cost. The advice and support you may provide as our retained tax advisor will cover corporation tax, VAT, payroll and employment taxes, stamp taxes and any other tax. You will help Thirteen understand its tax affairs and identify opportunities for tax efficiency through great, easy to understand tax advice and support. You will help Thirteen to meet its regulatory and legal requirements through compliance activities such as the preparation and submission of the corporation tax computations for the entities within the group or you maybe asked to assist with making a disclosure to HMRC.

Flagship Group is setting up a DPS for Retrofit Installation Contractors and Consultants and associated services. Mini competitions will be issued throughout the life of the DPS. All the bidders registered on the DPS who have passed the Selection Stage will be invited to participate in the mini-competitions. Access to the Selection Stage will be open throughout the life of the DPS. The DPS may be used for any of Flagship Group's subsidiary companies.

Hyde Housing Association Ltd. ("Hyde") is carrying out a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise for a provider who can deliver NEC Housing Application Support Service and Consultancy. The requirement is split between BAU support of the system, one-off requirements and other optional support of the NEC dependent components such the operating system and data base. The expectation is that the contract would be for either one year with the option to extend for another year, or two years with the option to extend for an additional year at the sole discretion of Hyde.
