This procurement is for the provision of an Integrated Consultant Team. This includes the provision of professional services to manage the delivery for provision of 8 no. floodlights to the main pitch and 4 no. floodlights to the smaller pitch -under construction- at New-Bridge Integrated College, Loughbrickland, County Down, in partnership with Aghaderg GAC and Ballyvarley HC. Comprising excavation work around the perimeter of the pitches, installation of appropriate ducting back to electrical substation which could be an additional substation dependent on capacity of the existing substation and will be ascertained by electrical engineer. Installation of foundations for each of the floodlight columns. There will be 2 floodlights attached to each column, 8 columns to larger pitch – 4 each side, 4 columns to smaller pitch – 2 each side.

Cumberland Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to provide full multidisciplinary design and professional services (RIBA Stages 0-7) for the refurbishment and adaptation of available accommodation at Bishop Harvey Goodwin School. The anticipated contract value is estimated at £150k based on a construction value of £1.1million. The contract is anticipated to commence on 23rd November 2026 and will continue for a period of 2 years unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.

The successful candidate will be required to advise on the most appropriate planning and disposal strategy for the site, including consideration of residential development opportunities and any alternative planning or land promotion approaches which may enhance value, marketability and deliverability. The objective of the appointment is to maximise land value, reduce planning and development risk, and facilitate a successful disposal of the site through a competitive process. The land is expected to have potential for residential development and may be marketed to residential developers, housebuilders, promoters or other appropriate parties, depending on the recommended disposal strategy arising from the consultant's advice. The University Estates and Campus Services Department will have several construction and projects to advance over the next five years which will require the selective input of external consultants, including M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) Design Services. The scope, standards, and expectations for the provision of M&E design works and associated services are to support the delivery of capital, refurbishment, and maintenance projects within Estates for the University of Dundee. The successfully appointed Integrated Consultants Team shall undertake the procurement, appointment and management of the Contracting Team on behalf of the Employer and shall continue to manage and oversee the project through to all RIBA Stages 2-7.

In 2026, NLFT acquired the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust via merger, including its globally recognized education and training arm, Tavistock Education and Training (TET). TET offers a range of trainings in mental health and social care, including 20 postgraduate programmes validated by university partners and a population of some 1400 students and 3000 learners annually. While TET represents a major strategic asset with a significant international reputation, it currently faces a material sustainability challenge due to a change in the core funding from NHSE. The London Borough of Camden is seeking to appoint an Architect-led multidisciplinary team to provide full professional consultancy services for the reconfiguration of the Argyle Primary School building and site. The project will support the proposed co-location of Thomas Coram Maintained Nursery School within the Argyle Primary School campus. An initial feasibility study has been completed, establishing spatial requirements for the primary school alongside nursery provision for children aged 2-4 years. The appointed consultant team will be required to develop the design and deliver the project through RIBA Stages 2-7, including design development, statutory approvals, procurement, construction, and handover. The project will involve extensive stakeholder engagement and consultation at all stages and presents an exciting opportunity to help shape an innovative and integrated education setting, delivering meaningful benefits for children, families and the community. The contract is anticipated to commence in November 2026 and continue until September 2028.
