It is the Council’s intention to establish a panel of consultants who will deliver one to one specialist support to a wide range of trading businesses with growth aspirations – Business to Consumer and Business to Business. This activity will be funded through core Government funding via the Dept of Business and Trade’s ‘Growth Hub’ delivery mechanism.

Stockport NHS Foundation Trust, Stepping Hill Hospital (“the Trust”) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Architectural Consultant-led multidisciplinary design team to support the development of a proposed new pathology building at Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport. The Trust intends to procure consultancy services via an open competitive flexible procedure.

The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will provide a database of Approved suppliers considered capable of carrying out professional consultancy services to a satisfactory standard. The nature and types of services that may be required may include, but are not limited to, those services identified by the CPV code and summarised in section II.2. The specific services cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however the nature and types of services that may be required may include, but are not limited to, buildings and civils professional consultancy services. The DPS is a 2-stage process: Stage 1 - All providers who meet the selection criteria within the online Questionnaire and are not excluded will be admitted to the DPS. New providers can also apply to join the DPS at any point during its lifetime. Stage 2 - Contracts are awarded during the second stage. This notice involves the setting up of a dynamic purchasing system. Warwickshire County Council invites applications for consultants and project support services. The DPS will consist of 10 Lots. The period of validity of the DPS will be 4 years from commencement.

Framework for the provision of technical consultancy services including but not limited to feasibility studies, technical drawings, engineering studies and design work, technical and safety assessments including deferrals, condition assessments. Additional information Where used throughout this notice, the meaning of Train Operating Companies includes all and any of those train operating companies who, currently or in the future, provide services for the carriage of passengers by railway: a) under a franchise agreement with the Secretary of State within the meaning of section 23(3) of the Railways Act 1993 or b) under, or secured under, the Secretary of State's duty in section 30(1) of the Railways Act 1993; or c) in accordance with legislation which supersedes or amends the powers referred to in a) and b), including where such powers are transferred from the Secretary of State to another body. The Participating Authorities (as more particularly defined below) are permitted to use the framework via subsequent call offs/schedule of works in accordance with section 1(3)(b) of the Procurement Act 2023. However, WM Trains is responsible for the conduct of the procurement throughout and all correspondence and communication from suppliers is to be solely with WM Trains. Participating Authorities In addition to WM Trains, the Participating Authorities who may call-off under this framework are: • the Train Operating Companies • Network Rail Infrastructure Limited • Any holders of a passenger licence or a station licence granted pursuant to section 8 of the Railways Act 1993 and/or a passenger licence granted pursuant to regulation 6 of the Railway (Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations 2005 • DFT Operator Limited (company number: 07141122) or a successor parent to a Train Operating Company Novation or Assignment The framework agreement may be novated or assigned by WM Trains to Train Operating Companies, or to DFT Operator Limited (company number: 07141122) or any successor parent company to a Train Operating Company, following a corporate restructuring or similar circumstance.
