ITT for the provision of specialised Cooling in Energy Access consultancy services to support the Low Energy Inclusive Appliances programme
Energy Saving Trust is seeking the support of a energy access cooling expert to support the delivery of the LEIA programme. The successful candidate will work as an in-house consultant, embedded within the Energy Saving Trust International team. They will support on the development of strategy, plans and activities, and seeing these through, providing their expert knowledge and access to their extensive stakeholder networks in the sector. They will provide support primarily, but not limited, to strategy and partnership activities within Workstream 1, Research & Development activities within Workstream 2 and Research activities within Workstream 3, along with wider programmatic support as needed.
The contract shall comprise of lotted reactive repairs and void property works split into specific trades in connection with existing Shettleston Housing Association residential stock.

LHC Procurement Group (LHCPG) is pleased to announce the commencement of development work for its next-generation Consultancy Services framework, CS2.
CS2 is intended to succeed the current Consultancy Services (CS1) and Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy (MDC1) frameworks and will provide a comprehensive consultancy solution for public sector organisations across housing, construction, asset management, retrofit, decarbonisation, building safety and wider built environment projects.
The proposed scope, workstream structure and lotting arrangements remain subject to change and will be further developed following pre-market engagement with suppliers and public sector partners.

Dundee City Council intends to establish a multi-lot framework agreement for the provision of consultancy services to support a range of capital and revenue projects across the Council estate.
Dundee City Council seeks to appoint to the Framework specialist consultants across a number of technical disciplines to complement its in-house Architectural Consultancy services, with project development, statutory compliance, design, and delivery. Framework services will be commissioned via direct award or mini-competition exercise from the Framework and the services commissioned may include feasibility, survey, design, analysis, and advisory functions.

Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland), on behalf of all NHS Scotland Health Boards, intends to establish national Framework Agreement for the provision of construction and property consultancy services.
The proposed framework will provide a consolidated route to market for consultancy services supporting construction, property and estates projects across NHS Scotland including design, technical advisory and specialist consultancy services.
The framework will complement and support the development of a national contractor framework and will rationalise a number of existing consultancy routes currently used across NHS Scotland.
