Northumbria Police are looking to procure a comprehensive support service that covers all modules currently in use by Northumbria Police in Unit4, including consultancy with the expertise required to deliver timely and effective resolutions.

CPI are looking create a Framework Agreement for LEV & DSEAR Engineering Consultancy. CPI are looking to appoint a single contractor to this framework. The Framework Agreement will cover three main areas: - • LEV Design and Compliance Assessments • DSEAR Consultancy • Technical & Advisory Support The Contractor who is appointed to the Framework must be able to cover the above elements and must be independent from any LEV manufacturers or installers. The appointed Contractor will also need to work with other CPI contractors, who are responsible for supporting or carrying out works for CPI within the areas outlined later in this document.

The advice and support you may provide as our retained tax advisor will cover corporation tax, VAT, payroll and employment taxes, stamp taxes and any other tax. The Contracting Authority seeks to engage the market through this Pre-Tender Market Engagement (PTME) exercise in preparation for the potential procurement of a supplier to provide consultancy support across various aspects, including Bus Network Planning, Transport Partnerships and wider Strategic Development.
