Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of Construction Works and associated services including ProCcure 24. The projects let under the Framework Agreement may be of a new-build nature, including: demolition, development, refurbishment or re-modelling of existing properties owned and / or used by the framework users. This is a 3 years framework with the option to extend a further 12 months

The RM6242 DPS will be organised into distinct categories so: Suppliers can indicate all elements relevant to their service offering, and Customers can filter the elements to produce a shortlist of appointed suppliers to invite to a competition. Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) envisages conducting an Open Procurement on behalf of its new-build domestic construction subsidiary Terra Nova Construction.
