Hook Parish Council is looking for an experienced and reliable company based locally to Hook, Hampshire, RG27 9NN to complete weekly emptying in the region of Parish owned bins, glass checks early in the morning three times a week. The organisation must provide evidence of having prior experience of undertaking such work, have a proven track record of a high level of customer satisfaction. The organisation must demonstrate the ability to be responsive, flexible, with a response time of less than 1 hour for emergencies. There are in the region of 50 Parish owned bins each located in several locations with their own unique emptying schedules. The successful applicant will be expected to work closely with the Environment and Community Administrator, with the expectation to attend regular meetings to ensure that each area is maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and safety. Lancashire County Council is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Cleaning & Facilities Services.

Gloucestershire County Council is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement in advance of the procurement of a new Cleaning and Caretaking Services Framework. The proposed Framework will provide cleaning and caretaking services across the Council's corporate estate, participating schools and, where appropriate, other eligible public sector organisations within Gloucestershire. The purpose of this engagement is to obtain market feedback to help inform the procurement strategy, framework structure, lotting approach, mobilisation requirements, contract management arrangements and future tender documentation. The Framework is currently expected to include six geographical lots covering Tewkesbury and North Cotswolds, South Cotswolds, Forest of Dean, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Stroud, with a planned commencement date of February 2028.

The Council is undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to an upcoming cleaning services contract covering four school sites within Barry and Penarth. Suppliers wishing to express an interest are invited to attend a group site visit on 24 August 2026. Due to project timescales and site access restrictions, only group visits can be accommodated, individual site visits will not be available. The purpose of the visit is to allow suppliers to gain a visual understanding of the sites and areas requiring cleaning services. No procurement discussions, specification clarification, pricing discussions or question-and-answer sessions will take place during the visits. The tender opportunity is currently anticipated to be issued during September/October 2026. Manchester City Council's Public Realm Team is seeking to engage with the market to inform the potential procurement of a contract for the cleaning and maintenance of the Council's 103 heritage assets. These assets, many of which are listed structures, are located across the city and include war memorials, public artworks, and a variety of other historic structures. The proposed contract will provide for the regular cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of these assets in accordance with an agreed programme and schedule of works. The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor with demonstrable expertise in heritage asset maintenance, conservation, and restoration. This preliminary market engagement is intended to: · Assess market interest and supplier capacity. · Provide further information regarding the assets included within the scope of the proposed contract and address any related queries. · Outline the anticipated procurement process and indicative timetable.

The Council is considering future service delivery arrangements for public conveniences across Carmarthenshire. The current requirement remains for a county-wide service that supports the continued operation of public conveniences. The requirement is expected to include a range of integrated services, including routine cleaning, repairs and maintenance, consumables provision, sanitary waste disposal, sharps disposal, out of hours response, manage, maintain and repair income collection systems and relevant inspection and compliance activities. The current service model also includes specialist elements linked to legacy equipment and access arrangements at certain sites. South Lanarkshire Council has an ongoing requirement for the Provision of Specialist Cleaning and Clearance Services. South Lanarkshire Council, Housing and Technical Resources, Property Services have a requirement to appoint a specialist contractor to carry out Kitchen Canopy Cleaning and associated ductwork within 140 locations throughout South Lanarkshire, this includes primary schools, Council Headquarters, Social Work establishments and Leisure Facilities. The works will include a full clean of the kitchen canopy, grease filters, plenums, channels, duct work and extract fan. This is required at each location on an annual basis and a further canopy clean will require to be completed throughout the year. Installation of access doors to canopies or replacement, repairs to doors may also be required. On completion of the works a post service report inclusive of pre clean and post clean images must be provided

Cambridgeshire County Council have a combined Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance contract, which has been in place since 2023. This process is a re-procurement of that contract. The current contract is accessed by Fenland District Council for cleaning services, and this new process shall also be accessed by Fenland DC (only for cleaning services). The Authority wishes to appoint one Provider to provide a Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance Service to the organisation across a variety of properties within the geographical boundaries of the County of Cambridgeshire. The Provider shall be expected to undertake a comprehensive cleaning service, including routine daily cleaning of varying types of buildings, deep cleans, periodic cleans, window cleaning, provision of sanitary bins and nappy bins, barrier matting and other requirements usually associated with a contact of this type, including reactive and preventative pest control and also gritting and snow cleaning services, as well as a Grounds Maintenance service.

North Yorkshire Council seek to understand the market through this RFI, in terms of Cleaning and Caretaking Services, to help refine the requirements of the procurement exercise and likely timescales for producing this work. This process will also support understanding around potential budget requirements. The requirement is specifically the supply of 350 tablet devices to host the solution and a hosted application.
