ESPO is a trading department of Leicestershire County Council. It is a non-profit making body owned and operated jointly by six local authorities. We provide a catalogue range, providing our customers with access to over 28,000 products that cover all key areas of education and wider public sector requirements. We are establishing a catalogue framework covering the supply of cleaning chemicals and hand soaps, including branded, unbranded and private label (ESPO Smartbuy) cleaning chemical and hand soap products. All products are for resale via the ESPO Catalogue. The Framework is divided into 4 lots. Caerphilly County Borough Council (the “Authority”) is seeking to establish a Contract for the Provision of Window Cleaning and Associated Cleans for Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Corporate Properties (the “Contract”).The requirement includes the cleaning of all external glazing, internal communal windows, canopies, and guttering, supporting the overall upkeep of the Council’s estate and helping to prevent deterioration of building fabric. South Lanarkshire Council's Housing and Technical Resources, Building Services require to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to provide specialist house cleaning, clearance and disposal services within properties throughout South Lanarkshire. The Contractor will be required to deliver a responsive and professional service to address a range of circumstances, including properties affected by trauma incidents, hoarding, abandonment, tenancy changes and environmental neglect. Services shall be carried out in accordance with all relevant legislation, health and safety requirements and waste disposal regulations. The scope of the services include, but is not limited to:- - Full property clearance, cleaning and disinfection services, including the removal, transportation and lawful disposal of furniture, household contents and general waste. - General cleaning services to bring properties to an acceptable standard for occupation, inspection for handover. - Specialist cleaning, sanitisation and decontamination involving the removal and safe disposal of body fluids, biological matter and other hazardous materials. - Garden clearance services, including the removal and disposal of green waste, fly-tipped materials, general waste and Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) where required. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labour, vehicles, equipment, consumables and disposal arrangements necessary to deliver the services in a safe, efficient and environmentally responsible manner.

Lancashire County Council is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Cleaning & Facilities Services.

North Yorkshire Council (the Authority) is requesting information from suppliers to help determine the scope and feasibility of its requirement, to understand the range of potential solutions available in the market, and to assist with drafting a potential future tender specification for the Purchase of electrical cleaning equipment for use across its school and corporate office estate. The objective of this RFI is to gauge market capability and better understand the products, suppliers and innovations currently available within the electrical cleaning equipment market. This includes assessing potential supplier costs, product quality, warranty arrangements, technical specifications, delivery options, wider product support and any opportunities for new product development. The information gathered will be used to refine the final tender specification, determine a realistic whole-life cost model for the equipment, and inform the most appropriate procurement route.

Buckinghamshire Council (the ‘Contracting Authority’ in this tender notice) intends to procure a single provider to deliver integrated Waste Collection and Street Cleansing Services across the administrative area of Buckinghamshire, to include waste transfer station services, materials management services and workshop services. The service operates at significant scale, with approximately 627,000 waste collections undertaken each week, serving around 245,200 properties across Buckinghamshire. The Contracting Authority is seeking a suitably experienced and capable provider that can deliver safe, resilient, efficient, and high-quality services throughout the contract term while supporting the Contracting Authority’s objectives in relation to environmental performance, customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and value for money. The Contract shall include the following Services: • Household Waste Collections (residual, dry recyclables, garden waste, food waste) • Clinical Waste and Sharps Collections • Household Bulky Waste Collections • Commercial Waste Collections • Street Cleansing Services • Waste Transfer Station Services • Workshop Services, and • Materials Management Services The Contract includes a Service Change Option (exercisable at the Contracting Authority’s discretion), to enable a harmonised twin-stream recycling collection model for all residents. The Contractor will be required to procure new vehicles suitable to deliver the Services on behalf of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority intends to provide capital funding for the purchase of new vehicles in line with the processes set out in the Contract and associated Schedules provided in the associated tender documents. The Contracting Authority will provide the Contractor with sites to deliver the Services, in accordance with the terms of the draft Leases provided in the associated tender documents. Gloucestershire County Council is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement in advance of the procurement of a new Cleaning and Caretaking Services Framework. The proposed Framework will provide cleaning and caretaking services across the Council's corporate estate, participating schools and, where appropriate, other eligible public sector organisations within Gloucestershire. The purpose of this engagement is to obtain market feedback to help inform the procurement strategy, framework structure, lotting approach, mobilisation requirements, contract management arrangements and future tender documentation. The Framework is currently expected to include six geographical lots covering Tewkesbury and North Cotswolds, South Cotswolds, Forest of Dean, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Stroud, with a planned commencement date of February 2028.
