YMCA St Paul’s Group (South Area) require a contractor for the following requirements; The contract requirements for this service shall be for planned cleaning services across the South Area of the YMCA St Paul’s Group property portfolio, comprising properties located in: • The Royal Borough of Kingston • The Royal Borough of Richmond Upon Thames • The London Borough of Merton • The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham • Surrey County Council The requirements of this contract will include, but are not limited to: - Cleaning of all communal areas and shared spaces, including lifts, stairwells, corridors, entrances and circulation areas, gymnasiums and studio floors, together with gym equipment and associated facilities. There shall also be the provision of cleaning and preparation of void rooms and vacant accommodation, and of deep cleaning services as required and instructed by the Client. The above list is not exhaustive. The full scope of services and performance requirements is detailed throughout this specification. The nature of the YMCA housing portfolio is to support vulnerable people in a supported housing environment. The leisure facilities are typically used by both residents and the local community. The successful Supplier must therefore be able to comply with the requirements set out in this specification. A key requirement of this contract is the improvement and validation of property data held by the Client. As part of this requirement, the successful Supplier shall: • Measure all areas and sites included within the Property Schedule that are subject to cleaning activities. • Collate, verify and validate all relevant data during the first year of the contract. • Maintain accurate records and provide the validated information to the Client in an agreed format. • Support the Client in establishing a robust and accurate property database to enable effective contract management and future service planning. During the mobilisation period, the successful Supplier shall undertake comprehensive site inspections of all areas included within the scope of the contract. The Supplier shall: • Assess the condition of all areas to be cleaned and determine whether they meet the standards required under this specification • Produce a condition survey schedule detailing the condition of each area inspected. • Identify any areas that fall below the required standard and document the remedial works necessary to bring those areas up to the required standard. • Submit recommendations and associated costs to the Client for review and approval prior to undertaking any improvement or remedial works. • Agree with the Client a programme of works where improvements are required. No remedial or improvement works shall be undertaken without the prior agreement and authorisation of the Client.

Populo Living require a contractor for the following requirements; To deliver planned and reactive communal cleaning services across Populo Living’s residential properties, including stairwells, corridors, lifts, bin stores, entrances and surrounding external areas. Contractors must provide high-quality, resident-focused services, undertake regular inspections, report defects, hazards and anti-social behaviour, safely manage waste and sharps, and comply with strict health and safety, safeguarding, GDPR and performance requirements.

1. Havering Education Services (HES) established a Brokerage Service in 2013 as a dedicated collaborative procurement and contracts support service for schools and settings. The Service enables schools to access a wide range of competitive single and multi-supplier procurement frameworks for goods and services that have been selected through a compliant procurement route, and who demonstrably deliver value for money and high-quality products and services to schools and settings. 2. The Brokerage Service has over the years developed into a highly valued, award winning and truly schools led local and regional collaborative model. Starting in 2022, under a partnership model, Hornchurch Academy Trust, a Multi Academy Trust based in Havering became the ‘Contracting Authority’ under which umbrella the HES brokerage frameworks are managed, and procurement activities conducted. 3. This requirement is for a new multi supplier framework agreement for Cleaning Services which is expected to be used primarily by education establishments, of which a list of 70 subscribers will be published with the Stage 1. Over the life of the framework agreement, it is envisaged that additional schools in Havering and other neighbouring Local Authorities may subscribe to the Brokerage Service and therefore access the Cleaning Services and other frameworks on offer. 4. The Framework will act as a single closed framework, with a fixed set of appointed Suppliers for a duration of 3 years, with the option to extend by 1 further year at the discretion of the Client. The maximum number of appointed Suppliers to the Framework is envisaged to be a minimum of six and a maximum of ten. 5. The estimated full Framework Agreement value of £15,000,000 EX VAT is the estimated potential value based on known participating establishments and estimated participation by the wider interested Educational Sector. This spend cannot be guaranteed. 6. Suppliers that are appointed to the framework agreement, will be required to pay a rebate for each call-off contract they are awarded under the Framework. The rebate will be 2.5% (excluding VAT) of the total value of the call-off contract that is awarded. 7. This Framework will be created for the exclusive use of Educational Establishments only. 8. The Authority is seeking to engage the market ahead of a forthcoming procurement for the provision of facilities maintenance services for the British Embassy Muscat covering cleaning services, gardening services, pest control services, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing services. The initial contract is two (2) years from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with one option to extend for an additional year, subject to the satisfactory performance. Western International Market Cleaning, Waste & Recycling Services

The CVRAS (Clean Vehicle Retrofit Accreditation Scheme) supports the reduction of air pollutant emissions from older and more polluting diesel vehicles during the transition to a zero-emission fleet.  The scheme was launched in 2017 and funded by Government to accredit retrofit technologies that could reduce levels of nitrogen oxides (NOX) emissions from buses to close to Euro VI levels. The Department for Transport has a requirement for an outsourced service to provide an accreditation scheme. This comprises monitoring performance of the CVRAS bus fleet, improving compliance including telematics reporting, engaging bus operators and Local Authorities on bus fleet maintenance and supporting accurate functioning of Clean Air Zone charging.
