The contracts associated with this competition will deliver responsive maintenance, emergency repairs, void property works, civil engineering, asbestos services, fire safety works, and associated inspections across the Housing Executive's properties within the relevant region. The successful Supplier(s) will provide a 24/7/365 responsive repairs service, undertake technical and compliance inspections, manage multi‑trade repair tasks, and support statutory landlord obligations. Works include working in occupied and unoccupied homes, communal areas, and Housing Executive owned land and buildings. The Supplier(s) must meet extensive requirements in health and safety, customer care, IT integration, appointments, reporting, social value, environmental sustainability, and performance management, and must collaborate with the Housing Executive. In accordance with the Procurement Policy Note 01/21 – Social Value in Procurement, the contracts will deliver measurable social value outcomes. Under this Procurement Suppliers will be required to support the Housing Executive's social value objectives. The aim is to deliver and design a community-led creative programme empowering women from the Mourne DEA (District Electoral Area) to develop their voices through creative writing and filmmaking culminating in a 20-minute original film created by participants that will be premiered at an International Film Festival celebrating Rural Women in the week of International Women’s Day 8th March 2027. The women will plan the film festival selecting films that reflect the lives of rural women around the world. The Department for Communities is procuring a Strategic Planning Services Framework 2026. The Framework Contract is for the provision of one consultancy services team, comprising a Consultant and its supply chain, collectively referred to as an Integrated Consultant Team (ICT), to provide construction related strategic planning, financial, legal, architecture and conservation architecture advice in respect of regeneration matters within the remit of the Department for Communities. DESCRIPTION OF RISKS TO CONTRACT PERFORMANCE Due to the strategic, advisory and project-specific nature of the services to be procured under the Framework Contract, the Contracting Authority recognises that requirements may evolve during the term of the Framework. The scope, nature and volume of commissions may be influenced by changes in Government policy, legislative requirements, funding availability, regeneration priorities and emerging project requirements. Accordingly, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to utilise the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 relating to contract modifications where the applicable statutory conditions are satisfied. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to: • unforeseeable circumstances affecting the delivery of services; • urgent requirements arising from Government priorities, statutory obligations or emerging business needs; and • the requirement for additional services that are connected to or complementary to the original scope of the Framework Contract. In addition, the Authority may require support in relation to new or expanded programmes, initiatives or funding streams that arise during the Framework period. The National Trust is seeking experienced marine salvage and environmental contractors to remove and appropriately dispose of a number of abandoned vessels and marine debris sites located around Strangford Lough. The project aims to restore affected shoreline and seabed areas to their natural condition while protecting the Lough's internationally important habitats and wildlife. PowerNI, a brand of Energia Group wish to appoint a Managing Agent (Supplier) to provide an air source heat pump solution including assessment, supply, install, support, report and review follow up with residential Customers. It is essential that the Managing Agent educates Customers to ensure they fully understand the costs associated with the running of the heat pump, how to operate the Heat Pump system and that their homes are assessed for suitability. The scope of this Contract includes the installation process including e.g. full assessment including heat loss, accessing the Customer's loft, full electrical works, managing health and safety requirements, building control and Energy Performance Certificates. Optional Future Requirement - Solar PV Panels and Battery Systems. Forensic Science Northern Ireland (FSNI) is seeking to establish a contract for the supply, installation and maintenance of a new benchtop Glass Refractive Index Determination System in ERU’s Physical Methods team.

This procurement is for the provision of an Integrated Consultant Team.
