West Northamptonshire Council is establishing a framework for the commissioning and delivery of Non School Alternative Provision (AP) services. The Non School Alternative Provision Framework is for the coordination, education or training provision which needs to be arranged to ensure children and young people receive suitable education or training, including alternative education provision; off-site education that supports inclusion; alternative education that focuses on re-engagement; and teaching and education that supports post 16 learning.

We are looking for a care provider to run a new children's residential home with Rutland County Council. The property has been bought and is being refurbished in line with the early market engagement advice sought as part of this process. The property will remain RCC's and the contract will be with a provider to deliver the service within the home. The provider will be expected to sign a lease with the Council for the property; an example Heads of Terms for the lease is included as part of the tender documents. DfE funding has been awarded with requirements for the home to open early in 2027, the provider will need to be in place by then with recruited staff. West Northamptonshire Council is inviting tenders for the delivery of an Oral Health Improvement Service for West Northamptonshire. The service will deliver targeted, evidence‑based oral health improvement activities to help reduce oral health inequalities and improve outcomes for children, young people, vulnerable adults and older people. Core elements include supervised toothbrushing in early years and school settings, oral health training for professionals, organisational support for settings, partnership working, and targeted distribution of oral health resources. North Northamptonshire Council is seeking to appoint a Provider to deliver Specialist Supported Housing Services to support the Council's Temporary Accommodation Pathway. The service will provide and manage specialist supported accommodation for single homeless adults with high and multiple complex needs within North Northamptonshire. The service forms part of the Council's wider homelessness prevention and temporary accommodation arrangements and will support individuals who require intensive housing management and person-centred support to achieve and sustain accommodation outcomes. The service is intended to support individuals experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping, including those with complex and multiple support needs such as mental health challenges, substance misuse, offending histories, dual diagnosis and other barriers to independent living. The successful Provider will be responsible for: - Management and operation of the supported accommodation provision; - Delivery of housing-related support and intensive housing management; - Assessment, support planning and risk management; - Safeguarding and welfare arrangements; - Working collaboratively with health, substance misuse, criminal justice, housing and other support agencies; - Supporting residents to progress towards independence and suitable move-on accommodation; and - Monitoring and reporting service performance and outcomes. Melton Borough Council is seeking suppliers who are able to carry out a supported housing assessment to map the current availability of supported housing in Leicester City Council, the Leicestershire local housing authorities (Blaby District Council; Charnwood Borough Council; Harborough District Council; Hinckley and Bosworth District Council; Melton Borough Council; North West Leicestershire District Council; Oadby and Wigston District Council) and Rutland County Council areas and assess the likely need (including current unmet need) for supported housing for a period of five years from the date that the strategy is published. The first strategy must be published by 31 March 2027. Leicester City Council, the Leicestershire local housing authorities and Rutland County Council are collaborating in partnership to jointly commission an assessment of supported housing need across their areas. This assessment must meet the requirements set out in the legislation and the scope of the Government guidance Local Supported Housing Strategies - GOV.UK, including the four-step approach to needs assessment set out in the guidance. The assessment should include both quantitative and qualitative analysis, supported by robust stakeholder engagement.
