Cambridge City Council invites quotations to undertake a comprehensive review of the Council's car parking infrastructure, technology, and operational processes. Existing infrastructure includes a range of parking equipment and systems such as: • Entry and exit barrier systems • Ticketing and payment machines • Intercom/help point systems • Electrical and communications infrastructure • Network connectivity • Back-office monitoring and reporting systems • Fire system integration • Kerb-side VMS system across the city There are continuing customer expectations around parking services, with increased demand for: • Digital and contactless payment options • Faster entry and exit processes • Improved accessibility and information • Reliable equipment and support systems In addition, the Council are keen to understand innovative technologies that may support improved parking management, including ticketless parking, mobile applications, advanced reporting tools, and the potential of artificial intelligence-based monitoring systems. The Council are looking to appoint an independent consultant to assess the current parking estate and support development of a future-ready parking service model.

It is the intention of Derry City and Strabane District Council, as the Employer, to appoint a Civil/Structural Engineer or Mechanical and Electrical Engineer led Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) to undertake all the required design, secure all the necessary statutory approvals and undertake the management of all the construction works with regards to the design and delivery of the “Melvin Arena Floodlighting” capital project, (based in Strabane, Co Tyrone) as per the ITT information; Project No. HC-24-01, Tender Reference No. T26-053CAP. The provision of an Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) to develop the Employer’s Brief in relation to the design and delivery of a new St Columban’s Primary School. The ICT shall develop the design and complete the RIBA (2020) Stage 4 Technical Design before appointing a Contracting Team to undertake the construction of the new St Columban’s Primary School. The ICT shall undertake the procurement, appointment and management of the Contracting Team on behalf of the Employer and shall continue to manage and oversee the project through the remaining stages of the RIBA 2020 Plan of Work 5-7.

This procurement process is being advertised and run by First Greater Western Limited on its own behalf and on behalf of the successor operator of the rail passenger transport services in respect of Great Western Railway. That successor operator will be a public sector company, is expected to be a wholly owned subsidiary of DfT OLR Holdings Limited and will be ultimately owned by the Secretary of State for Transport. The date for transfer of the current operations to the successor operator is not yet confirmed. The framework is intended to provide a compliant route to market; however, no supplier is guaranteed any volume of work, value of spend, or number of call‑offs during the framework term. Call-Off Tenders: Once appointed, framework suppliers will be invited to compete for individual projects through mini‑competitions. Each mini‑competition will include a defined scope, pricing schedule, and specific evaluation criteria. Direct Award will be permitted across all Lots, where in line with the framework buying process, including circumstances where Lot 6 is applicable. Evaluation weightings for Technical and Commercial submissions will vary depending on the complexity and nature of the project, typically within the following ranges: • Technical: 10% - 90% • Commercial: 10% - 90% The applicable weighting for each mini-competition will be clearly stated in the call-off documentation. Call-off contracts will be awarded under the bespoke framework agreement. The Contracting Authority is developing a long-term vision for the Redevelopment of Bangor Waterfront. The vision is to turn Bangor into a ‘destination of choice’, as a place to live, work, visit, study and invest, through a series of interconnected developments and experiences along Bangor Waterfront. In partnership with Belfast Region City Deal, the Department for Communities and key stakeholders, Ards and North Down Borough Council is progressing plans to redevelop a 2 mile stretch of Bangor Waterfront between Skippingstone Beach (near Pickie Fun Park) and Banks Lane, Ballyholme to re-establish Bangor as a thriving seaside location and prime visitor attraction in Northern Ireland. The Redevelopment of Bangor Marina and Harbour Wetside Facilities was one of the constituent projects within the Bangor Waterfront Redevelopment programme recommended within the outline business case. Therefore, the services required under this contract are for the design and delivery of the Redeveloped Marina and Harbour Wetside Facilities. Bangor Marina and Harbour is located on the southern shore of Belfast Lough, within the city of Bangor, County Down.
