The Council is seeking an Operator to provide a high-quality Ferris/Observation wheel for operation at Bournemouth Pier Approach. The length of the contract will be for three years, commencing on 25th January 2027 and running until 5th January 2030.

In April 2015, the MOD signed a thirteen-year contract with Leidos Europe Ltd to provide the procurement and inventory management of commodity items (as well as the storage and distribution services) historically provided in-house by the Logistic Commodities and Services Operating Centre. Leidos, working with the MOD, will transform the way these services are delivered to ensure requirements continue to be met whilst providing best value for money for the department. The organisation delivering these services is known as Team Leidos. Team Leidos would like to make markets aware that we are continuing to investigate innovative approaches to fill our requirement for the supply of operating tables for use in the maritime environment. This additional PMEN is to inform the market of a minor change in requirement following the initial PMEN and market engagement activity. Solutions must be suitable for conducting damage control surgery within a maritime environment, capable of achieving standard operating positions and suitable for use with imaging equipment. Both manual and electric solutions will be considered. This procurement seeks to establish a contract with a suitably qualified and licenced (to EU GMP standard) provider who can provide NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) with a Bacteriophage QC Testing Service. NHSBT's Clinical Biotechnology Centre (CBC) handles a number of products in the production of Advanced Therapeutic Investigational Medicinal Products (ATMPs) and starter material master cell banks (MCBs). These require bacteriophage QC testing services that meet specific regulatory requirements. Within a typical year, CBC anticipates approximately 10–30 production runs, resulting in an average requirement for around 20 bacterial MCBs per year requiring GMP-grade bacteriophage testing. Exeter City Council seeks to establish a four-lot framework under the Light Touch Regime to secure accommodation and support services to meet statutory duties relating to homelessness prevention, relief, and placement; safeguarding of vulnerable adults and families; and delivery of outcome focused support. The framework will enable call offs (Mini competitions or direct awards, where permitted) across the following lots: Lot 1: Temporary Accommodation (TA) - Short-term, reactive placements, to include placements out of hours, (incl. nightly paid) for individuals/families pursuant to duties under Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996 (as Amended). Lot 2: Off the Streets Accommodation - Emergency beds and rapid access units (including respite provision) for same day placements for rough sleepers, people at immediate risk of rough sleeping and those not eligible for statutory support. Lot 3: Accommodation-based Services - Accommodation with intensive housing management function; will support tenants with pathway progression to independence. Lot 4: Floating Support - support that is not linked to any specific property; will support individuals to sustain tenancies and prevent homelessness. This procurement process is being advertised and run by First Greater Western limited on its own behalf and on behalf of the successor operator of the rail passenger transport services in respect of Great Western Railway (GWR). That successor operator will be a public sector company, is expected to be a wholly owned subsidiary of DfT OLR Holdings Limited and will be ultimately owned by the Secretary of State for Transport. The date for transfer of the current operations to the successor operator is not yet confirmed. Where the transfer is completed before contract award under this procurement process, the successor operator may elect (but will not be obliged) to carry on with this procurement process in place of GWR, by taking on the role of contracting entity from the date of completion of the transfer (with this notice and all other procurement documents to be interpreted accordingly). Where the transfer is not yet completed by the time of contract award, contractual rights may be included in the contractual arrangements to enable transfer to the successor operator. Coleford Town Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced main contractor specialising in historic building conservation to undertake the repair, restoration and alteration of the Grade II listed Coleford Clock Tower, located in Market Place, Coleford, Gloucestershire. The works comprise structural repairs to internal floors; conservation repairs to the historic fabric using traditional and sympathetic materials; external and internal restoration works; reinstatement of historic openings and fixed windows; electrical installations and new internal lighting to the ground and first floors; and the design and installation of specialist safety features within the roof area. The successful contractor will also undertake Contractor's Design Portion (CDP) elements identified within the contract documentation. The contractor will act as Principal Contractor under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) and will be responsible for planning, managing and coordinating the construction phase, including all associated health and safety obligations. The contract will be let using the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design 2024 (ICD 2024). Contractors must demonstrate relevant experience of delivering conservation and restoration works to listed or historic buildings of a similar nature and complexity. The estimated contract value is approximately £670,000.

NHS Dorset, NHS Somerset and NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire, as a Cluster ICB are seeking Supplier(s) to deliver the ‘WorkWell: An early intervention work and health assessment service’ - a nationally funded initiative led by the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department of Health and Social Care.<br/><br/>The WorkWell service supports working-age adults with a disability or long-term health condition that affects their ability to start, stay in, or return to work. This includes individuals in work at risk of absence or job loss, those on sick leave, and people who are economically inactive but could move into employment with appropriate support.<br/><br/>The expected service commencement date is 01 November 2026 and the end date is 31 March 2027 (with a potential option to extend the term by a further 12 months)

The Authority would like to formally engage with industry via this UK4 Notice. The Lightning Delivery Team requires the Supplier to provide diagnostic and repair services in support of the Spectroil M machines. The Spectroil M machines are utilised to perform analysis of oil samples from the F-35 engine and lift fan. The proposed requirement will cover the annual servicing, calibration and repair of the equipment.
