Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) seeks to commission an organisation to deliver a rolling programme of face-to-face Clinical Assessment Skills (CAS) training for both novice and existing workforce qualified IPs, irrespective of sector of practice. This requirement is split into three lots: Lot 1 - North Wales Lot 2 - South East Wales Lot 3 - South West Wales The commissioned provider will deliver a rolling programme of between 3-4 full days per region CAS sessions per year across 3–4 key clinical areas, with one session per clinical topic delivered in each geographical region. Norfolk County Council are seeking to appoint a number of providers who are suitably qualified, experienced and registered Bikeability providers to deliver cycle training that offers quality, value, and performance to children and families in Norfolk using a structured learning package. The primary objective of the service is to maximise participation in Bikeability Level 1 and 2 Combined training and achieve successful rider outcomes by the end of primary school (Year 6). The programme should develop pupils' road safety knowledge, improve safe decision-making, encourage responsible road user behaviour and support lifelong active travel. It should be noted that although values have been included in this notice, there is no guarantee as to the level of spend under this framework. The values are for the full 6 year term of the framework assuming all extensions are granted. In respect of Local Government Reorganisation ("LGR"), on 7 September 2026 the government withdrew an earlier decision that it was minded to establish three unitary councils for Norfolk and announced a 'rapid review' of its LGR programme in respect of Norfolk and some other areas. Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and registered provider to deliver Bikeability Levels 1, 2 and 3, together with relevant Bikeability Plus modules, to children and young people at schools and other venues across Stoke-on-Trent. The contract is expected to run from 1st September 2027 to 31st August 2030. The provider will be required to deliver an annual programme in accordance with available funding and the Council's agreed delivery schedule. Services will include the planning and coordination of training with schools, provision of appropriately qualified and registered instructors, suitable cycles and equipment where required, delivery of training in accordance with the National Standard for cycle training, current Bikeability Delivery Guide, Bikeability Trust requirements and relevant Active Travel England (ATE) guidance.
