YPO is looking to establish a framework for the delivery and supply of ICT Managed Services, Digital and Physical Document and Records Management, Print and Digital Communication Solutions and Digital Transformation projects. The end customer will place orders directly with the Supplier following an Award Without Competition or Competitive Selection Process on a “contract” basis whereby the Supplier will deliver direct to the end customer on an agreed basis. Invoices and payments are dealt with directly between the end customer and the Supplier.

YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement following a Competitive Tendering Procedure for the provision of Vehicle Hire, Lease, Purchase & Services Portal. The Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector Contracting Authorities. There will be 4 Lots with a single supplier awarded to each. This will be a contractual arrangement with customers placing orders with the awarded supplier.

YPO are seeking to establish a compliant route to market for the provision of insurance brokerage and associated services, for use across the whole public sector. The aim of the solution is to provide high-quality insurance brokerage services to public sector organisations who often have complex liabilities and require specialised, high-capacity insurance products. YPO seeks to appoint brokers who have scope and capacity to provide all services and products that public sector contracting authorities may require.

YPO are working in partnership with the London Borough of Islington to reprocure the 3rd iteration of their Occupational Health, EAP and Associated Health and Wellbeing Services framework offering a broader reach to the whole public sector through a national framework split into 8 regions procured through the Open Procedure under PA23 offering 2 re-opening periods in years 2 and 5 to encourage a broad mix of suppliers within the market. The Lot structure supports a full end to end wellbeing solution for the Public Sector offering: Occupational Health Services, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), Health and Wellbeing Related Training Courses, Flu Vaccination Programmes, Modern Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) and Student Assistance Programmes (SAP) for Higher Education 16 years +. The framework offers both the Competitive Selection Process and Award Without Competition as procurement routes to use. YPO are the lead public sector buying organisation for this procurement, we manage an array of frameworks for a variety of services and products. Public sector organisations utilise our frameworks as a compliant route to market to award contracts which meet their requirements. The framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO and Other Contracting Authorities by establishing an agreement where the end customer will place the order with the Supplier and the Supplier delivers services direct to the end customer. Any resulting Contract shall be deemed to cover any services that can be supplied by the successful tenderer(s) over the life of the framework within the scope of the lots.

YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Civil Engineering Works and Services and are seeking to appoint Providers who provide one or more of the following services: survey, design, supply, project management, installation and/or maintenance of the following categories Road & Highway Infrastructure, Rail Transport infrastructure, Flood and Storm management, Renewable energies, Solar, Air Transport Infrastructure, Water and Utilities, Coastal & River Protection, Geotechnical and land maintenance (Inc Surveying & Ground investigation). The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO's internal requirements and any of YPO's wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies.
