YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement following a Competitive Tendering Procedure for the supply of Glue Sticks for use primarily in the education market and local authority sectors. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO by establishing an agreement for Suppliers to deliver stock into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Hire and Maintenance Services
YPO is inviting tenders for the provision, long‑term hire, short‑term hire, management, and full service support of a modern Material Handling Equipment (MHE) fleet for its main distribution site and secondary warehouse. The contract will replace the existing fleet with safer, more efficient, and energy‑saving equipment aligned with YPO's sustainability objectives.
The Contract will be divided into two Lots, with one Supplier appointed to each. Lot 1 covers the warehouse fleet, comprising 9 Reach Trucks, 3 Counterbalance Trucks, 8 LLOPs, and 12 PPTs. Lot 2 covers vehicle‑mounted delivery equipment, consisting of 4 PPT units. The successful Supplier(s) will be responsible for the supply, hire, and ongoing management of a fully supported MHE fleet.
This contract includes the provision of all required equipment, servicing, parts, labour, technical support, compliance certification, and associated systems necessary to ensure the fleet operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to YPO's operations.
For Lot 1, the contract requires a real‑time fleet management system that provides live performance data, event alerts, and automated reporting to support maintenance planning and fault diagnosis. The system must offer full fleet visibility to enable proactive maintenance, minimise downtime, and improve operational efficiency.
YPO expects the appointed Supplier(s) to deliver:
• Reduced equipment downtime and optimised maintenance costs
• Improved safety standards and operational compliance
• Greater operational resilience, including support for seasonal and peak demand
• Adoption of modern, energy‑efficient battery and charging technologies
• Future ready, scalable solutions capable of supporting automation and evolving warehouse technologies
Contract Term:
• Lot 1: Initial term of 7 years
• Lot 2: Initial term of 3 years

YPO is looking to establish a Framework for the provision of a comprehensive range of Software Application Solutions to support UK public sector organisations and replaces the previous YPO agreement 1095.
This framework is for the provision of a new solution, amendment, or upgrade of an existing solution, from a single boxed order through to the full deployment of a software solution and the associated ancillary services. This may include commercial off the shelf software (COTS), open-source software, software licenses or niche and bespoke software.
Where required, hosting services may be provided by the Supplier, along with the monitoring and management of the entire solution and can be delivered as a subscription-based Software as a Service model.
The framework will incorporate 15 Lots. Goods may be purchased under each Lot, where they are relevant and a requirement to the usage of the overall purchased software requirements.
Each Lot has been designed to provide a full end-to-end digital solution, within the category area detailed in the Lot Title and will incorporate AI functionalities.
The end customer will place orders directly with the Supplier following an Award Without Competition or Competitive Selection Process on a "contract" basis whereby the Supplier will deliver direct to the end customer on an agreed basis. Invoices and payments are dealt with directly between the end customer and the Supplier.

YPO - 001322 - Children's Homes Solution
YPO is establishing a procurement solution to enable Contracting Authorities to commission Children’s and Young People’s Residential Homes delivered within a family‑style setting.
The solution will allow Authorities to secure exclusive use of an entire Children’s Home, rather than purchasing individual placements dispersed across a region.
The framework is designed to support strategic commissioning approaches that improve outcomes for children, strengthen sufficiency and market shaping, and deliver improved value for money. The model aligns with regional ambitions, including the development of Regional Care Cooperatives, and will facilitate call‑offs at both regional and local levels.
The procurement aims to foster long‑term, collaborative relationships between Commissioners and Providers. It seeks to address the differing perspectives, risks, and challenges that influence the delivery of high‑quality homes for Children and Young People.
The objective is to secure local, stable, and supportive homes that are embedded within a wider system of wrap‑around provision, enabling improved long‑term outcomes.
This represents a shift away from the traditional purchase of individual placements through spot purchasing or standard frameworks. Instead, the framework focuses on commissioning whole homes, ensuring that the home, its staff, and the children living there are supported by coordinated local services.
Contracting Authorities will be able to undertake a Competitive Selection Process at call‑off stage, based on their specific requirements.
YPO intends to award an open 8‑year Framework Agreement, which will allow new Providers to join throughout its duration, supporting flexibility, market development, and ongoing sufficiency planning.
