YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement following a Competitive Tendering Procedure for the provision of Vehicle Hire, Lease, Purchase & Services Portal. The Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector Contracting Authorities. There will be 4 Lots with a single supplier awarded to each. This will be a contractual arrangement with customers placing orders with the awarded supplier.
YPO is looking to tender for a new Learning Management System. A single platform for consolidating learning and compliance activity which will improve accuracy of reporting, remove duplicated processes, reduce licensing and support costs, and create a simplified learner experience. A modern LMS will also support internally delivered training, provide greater automation, improve accessibility for operational teams, and align YPO's learning infrastructure with wider organisational digitalisation and workforce development priorities.
YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a closed Framework for the supply of Floor Cleaning Machines and Robotics. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector Contracting Authorities by establishing an agreement for the supply, maintenance, servicing, and leasing of products including scrubber driers, single disc floor machines, vacuum cleaners, carpet care equipment, steam cleaners, and robotic or emerging cleaning technologies. Providers will be required to deliver goods and associated services either directly to YPO customers under Lots 1-5, or through competitive selection processes under Lots 6-8.

YPO currently delivers learning, compliance training, and policy acknowledgement through a fragmented ecosystem made up of multiple platforms. This fragmentation has resulted in duplicated compliance processes, parallel content catalogues, and multiple locations for learners to access mandatory training and policies.
Beyond corporate learning, the platform must support other critical organisational functions, including digital skills development and the training delivered by the IT Training Team, who require more flexibility to host internally produced content, build tailored Microsoft 365 and systems training pathways, and access reliable analytics to assess capability needs.
This procurement is required to address the performance, usability, and scalability constraints of the current system, and to reduce the operational inefficiencies created by maintaining multiple systems for learning and compliance. Continuing with the current set up would result in ongoing administrative overhead, inconsistent compliance tracking, limited reporting intelligence, and poor learner engagement, ultimately restricting YPO's ability to support workforce development and statutory training requirements.
YPO are seeking to establish a compliant route to market for the provision of insurance brokerage and associated services, for use across the whole public sector.
The aim of the solution is to provide high-quality insurance brokerage services to public sector organisations who often have complex liabilities and require specialised, high-capacity insurance products. YPO seeks to appoint brokers who have scope and capacity to provide all services and products that public sector contracting authorities may require.
