Yorkshire Water intends to establish a multi-lot Planning Consultancy Framework to provide specialist planning, consenting and development services in support of its capital investment and infrastructure programmes. The framework will support the delivery of AMP8 activities, AMP9 and AMP10 readiness, Strategic Resource Options (SROs), major infrastructure projects, Yorkshire Storm Alliance programmes and North East Storm Overflow Programme (NESOP) related initiatives. The framework will provide access to planning consultancy expertise to support the development, promotion and delivery of projects requiring planning approvals, development consent and associated regulatory permissions. Services will include strategic planning advice, planning applications, stakeholder and statutory consultee engagement, environmental and planning coordination, development management, consenting strategies and related specialist support. The objective of the framework is to secure suitably qualified and experienced suppliers capable of supporting the efficient delivery of complex infrastructure and capital investment programmes, whilst managing planning and consenting risks, maintaining regulatory compliance, and facilitating timely project delivery throughout the asset and investment lifecycle.

Yorkshire Water is conducting preliminary market engagement in relation to CM3576, covering specialist high-voltage (HV) electrical design, fault and protection studies, design and build, maintenance and inspection, together with air circuit breaker (ACB) replacement and maintenance services. For this engagement, the potential scope is presented across five lots: - Lot 1: HV design and build works - Lot 2: HV fault and protection studies - Lot 3: HV maintenance and inspection - Lot 4: ACB replacement and associated works - Lot 5: ACB maintenance and inspection Suppliers with relevant capability and experience in one or more lots are invited to express an interest in participating in a potential future tender. Interested suppliers will be asked to identify the lot(s) they could deliver and provide brief details of their relevant experience, accreditations, technical capability and geographic coverage. Yorkshire Water is launching a tender notice of a procurement process for the provision of diffuser system services across its wastewater treatment asset portfolio. The proposed framework will support the assessment, design, supply, installation, commissioning and replacement of diffuser systems within Activated Sludge Plants (ASPs) and associated wastewater treatment processes. The framework is intended to provide end-to-end scheme delivery, including condition assessment of existing assets, design of replacement or new diffuser systems, supply of diffusers and associated mechanical components, installation works, commissioning, performance validation and phased handover to maintain operational continuity. Suppliers with relevant experience and capability are invited to express interest and participate in the CoP.
